The two most prominent Premier League title contenders, Man. City and Arsenal, clash in a much-anticipated match at the Etihad this Sunday.
City’s taken the Premier League crown each of the past two seasons, thanks in large part to goal machine Erling Haaland, and my Man City vs. Arsenal predictions think he’ll keep the pressure on the Gunners.

My best bet:
Erling Haaland 2+ shots on target (+137 at Betano)
My analysis
Just a month into the new football season, Erling Haaland has already netted 10 times. 10 times! The Norwegian killer enjoyed a hat-trick against both West Ham United and Ipswich, and left his mark with a brace against Brentford last weekend. Even though he didn't score against Inter in the Champions League, he's very difficult to contain.
In the four Premier League games he played since the start of the campaign, Haaland sent 14 shots on target, averaging 3.5 SOTs per game. He scored nine goals. Haaland leads the EPL in shots on target stats with incredible authority. Liverpool's Mohamed Salah is well behind him with eight shots, while Arsenal's Bukayo Saka has just half of Haaland's total in third.
At +130 via Betano, a bet on Haaland finding two shots to trouble Arsenal's keeper looks excellent to me. If you're into a bit of adrenaline, you could consider the option of 3+ Haaland goals in this match at +450.

There are many reasons why this isn’t expected to be a classic. The two sides know each other to perfection. Both teams come into this clash after tough Champions League battles, and are aware that their early confrontation will still leave space for a lot to happen until the season's conclusion. Neither City, nor Arsenal will play for a draw, of course, but none will go on "all-out attack" mode either.
City will do their passing and Arsenal will challenge, but if big events will happen in this game, they are expected to come in the second part of the match, when the brain and the feet get a bit tired. A bet on Under 1.5 goals in the first half looks solid to round up a +600 SGP via Betano.
