My analysis
Goals have been extremely hard to come by for Leicester City in 2025. In fact, they’ve managed just three goals in their last seven matches across all competitions, being shut out five times.
And while West Ham haven’t exactly been putting a ton of names on the scoresheet due to injuries at striker, they possess a much higher threat going forward. Jarrod Bowen and Mohammed Kudus are causing problems in the final third, while James Ward-Prowse is capable of scoring from set pieces.
And Leicester City provides the perfect situation for West Ham to find their scoring form. The Foxes have conceded 12 goals in their last four matches in all competitions, including a 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Brentford at home this weekend. The Bees scored three times in the opening 32 minutes despite an xG of just 1.52 on the day.
Leicester City is struggling with injuries as well as aging stars. Jamie Vardy lacks the pace and finishing ability he once possessed, while fullbacks James Justin and Ricardo Pereira’s absences remote key threats from the fullback positions.
West Ham comes into this match fresh off a huge 1-0 win over Arsenal at the Emirates and will view this as a chance to pick up three vital points that could ensure their spot in the Premier League next season.
Leicester City have had five defeats in their last six league matches, all of which have seen them concede multiple goals. That pattern will continue as West Ham wins while scoring at least twice.

Jarrod Bowen scored the lone goal against Arsenal at the weekend, giving him three goals in his last five matches and four in his last eight. At +143 to find the back of the net, there’s solid value available.
He's averaging 2.58 shots and 1.12 shots on goal per 90 minutes, but he’s been inconsistent with how he’s performing of late. He didn’t manage a single shot two outings ago against Brentford and had just one shot against Liverpool.
As such, I’d avoid his standard shot total given the juice. He's getting +135 for multiple efforts on target, though, which might be worth a look given the defensive woes of the visitors.
