Most of the "greatest team ever" lists put differential in modern day football as the #1 factor. And most lists i have seen have the 1995 Nebraska team as the best ever.

Just saying....if FSU eclipses that differential...I think they will be right up there.

If you want to say that 8-4 #18 ranked Va tech team is better than this 10-2 #12 ranked Clemson team,  u r "estupido" like they say in little havana. 

And Auburn is better than that Nebraska team. Much tougher schedule, only lost once by 14 at LSU stadium. 

Nebraska lost at neutral site in their conference championship by 4 touchdowns......embarrassing!

I made a post earlier this week and brought up the 2001 Canes briefly as a comparison. In terms of talent, athleticism and depth, I feel this FSU is the best since that Canes team. Since hindsight is 20-20, I truly believe we might just look back 10 years from now and call this team even better than the '01 team. There will be a staggering number of not only future NFL starters, but future Pro-Bowlers as well on this FSU team. Will we look back and say they're better tan the '01 team? Maybe, maybe not.. but I have no doubt that it's very close

2001 Miami was a good team. Just saw an article from Clinton Portis where he put this FSU team right behind that Canes team....kind of appropriate that both get a chance to finish the season at Rose Bowl...

That Miami offensive line never let anyone near Dorsey and they had 3 dynamic running backs

lol are you bragging about a team that lost to Ga Southern losing? 

and both UF title teams from 06 and 08 would beat any team this year.. 

I really don't know what anyone is watching if they think any team this year is actually "Great".

Im more making fun of your gators from this year then bragging. NO WAY does 06 florida win this game. They barely beat FSU THAT year 21-14 and fsu sucked. 08 gators maybe, but this team still has more talent. Winston alone trumps tebow. 06 team just another mediocre champ. Sorry homer. And yes, your gators are an embarrassment. Muschamp has them rolling!!!  Either way FSU smokes auburn. Yes, they are great

I will never forget Sean Taylor. Single handily won that game at least to me in the rain vs R Kelly Doodoo Butter Rix in 03. Noles did take the Swindle @ the Swamp later that year tho! One of my fav athletes of all time and was just starting to turn his life around before he died. That 01 team was just downright frightening on both sides and this always amuses me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTtOaDvf8co

Being a Noles fan and going to school in tallahassee but growing up in Miami was rough. 

Sean Taylor was always one of my favorite Hurricanes along with Shockey.

This gonna be a tough one predict auburn is setting miracles and Florida is setting mark. Florida didnt play sec which is a different level but they murder all their opponents. Bc was keeping up with the run, in Florida game. just image auburn's number 1 rush could do plus their def is better than auburn

I'm beginning to sense that the oddsmakers had a firm understanding of the fanatical, unreasonable FSU fans that would crawl out of the woodwork.  I have never seen so many particular fans crown their team weeks before the actual game.  This strange fan-love has now morph'd into "the greatest team of all time" jargon.  It's downright Re-Dokieless.

In the event that there are any rabbits out there.....I would prefer for FSU to win.  Let's say.......something on the lines of FSU 44    AUB 38

Not many true Nole fans have done that, especially people who proclaim yada yada DrLump. True Nole fans understand just how short we have come up in the big game, especially against Boomer with Snoop out and UF (booh). This team is different and we close space on D like the 93 team. Everyone knows the ACC was not very good overall and that SC just flat out owns Death Valley and it was tied @ 17 going into the 4th before Clemson muffed a punt and eventually turned it over 6 times. Noles did flat out annihilate them in DV and that is actually a solid comparison, but still no. Either way, Noles have dominated everyone and War Eagle has just gotten better and better as well. I have to watch both teams a lot as people state and then just go with what I see. At the same time actions speak louder than words my man and GL on the 6th however it ends!

Yes stats do lie, when they don't play anyone work a crap.  APPLES AND ORANGES.  Some high school teams put up great numbers, does that make them so awesome???  Easy to have great numbers against weak opponents week in and week out.  They are a really good team, yes, but Auburn will be the ones doing the girl slapping and then YOU will be forced to agree with me.  All the talking in the world and stats and figures won't mean crap when they get on the field...Both teams will have to prove themselves.  Doesn't really matter what we say.  Their fates are in their hands, not our opinions.  But my feeble opinion is AUBURN by more than 10.  Remember who said it!!!

They will be "great" after Jan 6th...great losers.  Let's see how great everyone thinks they are when all their so called future pros get showed up...especially against Auburns offense....It's gonna be "offensive" all right....offensive they way Malzahns Offense schools FSUs over rated, weak schedule playing, Defense.  All teams look great and put up great numbers against woefully inferior opponents.  What if they had to play a murderous schedule like Auburn did?  They'd have a lot more injuries, a lot worse stats, and probably wouldn't even be playing for the Nat Champ...and this is gonna be glaringly obvious after Auburn proves to the world that they are the true #1 team.  People talking about FSU might be one of the greatest teams of all time, when they haven't played anyone and are yet to take the field against Auburn.  Le'ts see how well they handle 
Auburn, then let the "great" talk begin...Not before.  All you FSU homers are gonna be so dissappointed.  You can publicly say how much you like them  that's ok, but my advise is take all your dough and put it on Auburn...moneyline, to win, forget the spread.

Man, I'd imagine that you wagered a mint on FSU.  Your book or books must be s h I t I n g bricks with their upcoming loss.

That sure is impressive stopping those great teams

Its always a good thing playing the best offense you will see all year after not playing for a month right???  Auburn will have 14 points before FSU can blink
