Baylor may just be the most underrated team in the country right now. The Bears are leading the nation in scoring averaging 71 per game. The average scoring margin is +50.3 points the first four games. They are off to a 4-0 start and a friendly money maker at 4-0 ATS.
After distroying West Virginia last week, the Bears step up in competition against a pretty good Kansas State team this week.
Beware of the BEARS...they will maul you...............

I've stayed away from their games, but for some reason last years WVU squad comes to mind where WVU was the potent high scoring team everyone was enamored with only for them to fall flat on their face when the competition stiffened. Will be interesting to watch them as Big 12 play continues.

i said before the year that i thought Baylor was the best team in the state of Texas. Now i'll grant you they've played a schedule thats fairly easy but the only game i think they lose is to Oklahoma

I watch almost every game at some point during the week to get a feel for the teams
I'm a huge Oregon fan & I'm here to tell you that this offense is every bit as good, the only thing in college football that can stop Baylor's offense is Baylor
Definitely the real deal & will win the big12 in my opinion

Wahoo, we both know Oregon has been like watching a track meet the past few years and the Ducks can score again this season. Oregon is averaging 57.5 per game against Nicholls State, Virginia, Tennessee, California and Colorado. Maybe a little better competition than Baylor has faced....but my opinion is the Bears have the better offense.... debatable for sure............
Would love to see Oregon and Baylor play....they would need an extra officiating crew because of all the running the refs would do.

Many have questioned their competition but that won't be the case much longer, I know when I see greatness & I'm here to tell you that this offense is great, Briles has built a machine in Waco & they literally only need a few defensive stops in a game to win, they operate at light speed & have great talent at the skill positions, they dumptrucked what has been a decent wvu defense this year, something OU & osu couldn't do, Baylor could have scored 90 if they wanted to last week, this team is for real on offense, need to see them more on defense against the better teams to know if they are national championship contenders but if I were betting on it as of now I'd put them in the top 5
It's hard for most to think that because of the name on the jersey but I'm not biased in any way

My friend Workhorse. Several from your preseason contributors are asking about you on the other forum, and would welcome you to come back. It has really settled down, much more so than this forum. Please consider and thank you!

A little off the subject but what is the situation with Simms the QB transfer from Alabama. I know he's not on Virginia's roster this year but do you know if there are plans for him to return.
He showed some good skills in Bama practices....didn't play much in games but was a 5star recruit out of Virginia Beach I think. Left Bama to play for Virginia and didn't work out very well.

Agree Mr. W...........

Thanks Urban.....haven't been posting alot here but enjoy guys like Wahoo and a few others who are knowledgable in the game.
I post my personal plays at theRX Tracker forum so several of my friends can follow. Cloverleaf is my tag. I'm 24-14 in CFB, 9-5 in NHL and getting my behind kicked in the NFL. Dang NFL is killing me but I'll figure it out or go broke trying.
Haven't posted accross the street in a while...will take a look.

baylor top 5 in my book.. i have oregon, bama, clemson, baylor, fl.st. if georgia had any kind of defense i'd throw them in there, but that has to be your top 5 right now.... most intriging matchup would have to be oregon-baylor, or oregon bama.. would love to see either one of those matchups.. ducks are the real deal this year....

The kid had some skills but needed a check up from the neck up I guess. Saban didn't really want to lose him but I think he saw the writing on the wall. Not the sharpest knive in the case.

If you can't cut it in the classroom at Bama then you can forget about it at UVA, Virginia is one of the top schools in the country excluding ivy & Stanford

Chezz....again a little off topic but you mentioned something about Georgia that has bugged me for a couple years. "If Georgia had any kind of defense?"
I've said to my Georgia friends (I lived in Atlanta for 28 years and have attended many games in Athens) that their defensive coordinator is the most OVERRATED DC in the SEC. They pay this guy $800,000 with some of the best recruits in the nation and what has he done?
Look at last year's defense with all those NFL draftees....pitiful.
