Guys, Come Thursday I will be on Kansas st + the points. I haven't bet them yet because I'm waiting on the line to go even higher then it is.....
But let me make 2 things clear here.
1) I personally think Auburn is the best team in the country.
2) I think Auburn traveling to Kansas st on Thursday night is something special and why playing on the road in college football is the most important factor. Why? They are gonna play with national audience watching. They will play the GOAT, Bill Snyder. I personally think Kansas st has a really really good shot @ winning this game. Better than most of you think.
I preach this all the time and some listen and some don't.....but playing on the road is the most important factor in the college game. Auburn is the best team IMO....but does that matter? Does it? Yeah it does, if they're playing at Jordan-Hare. But this game AIN'T @ Jordan-Hare....It's in Manhattan Kansas.
I think Kansas st most definitely covers.....and it won't surprise me at the least if they win.

Running the ball travels, Auburn should move it at will.
Very true. However, rarely does it have to travel to such a rough place, on a short week, to play and against possibly the greatest college football coach ever.

It's a short week in that the play Thursday, but both teams were idle on the weekend, so both have had plenty of time to prepare.
Should be a fun game to watch for sure. My initial gut says Auburn, since I was not impressed with K-State in that Iowa State game, so Wildcat backers should be golden.

I would normally agree if it were a pro style offense where the QB made reads and the crowd could get in his head.. But AU's offense is a machine that doesn't need to think.. Also, they're the best team in the country with their backs against the wall... Kstate is to slow to keep up with Auburn for 4Qs.... AU pulls away early 4th and wins by 2 TDs....

If there is a guy who draw up a plan for one game with his back against the wall, it's Snyder.
Kansas st and Jake Waters.... will frustrate the heck out that Auburn defense.
Long drives....on purpose. Just the little things.
Late night ESPN news..... Auburn couldn't get up for the game..
Not to mention Bill had extra time to prepare (as well as all offseason I'm sure). Sure, Auburn had extra time as well, but they still had to travel and do all that bs as well. K St is gonna run it right at them and then line up and do it again. Might see a couple 7 minute drives as i dont think Auburn can hold up against a power run game....Tigers get antsy wanting to take the field and then rush things = turnovers. I've seen it a million times.
For those new guys out there.....the "better" team doesnt always win.

K State is not a team I like to go against. Snyder makes a great team out of whatever odd parts he gets. But Auburn with an extra week to prepare and much better talent I think will be too much in the end. Best Thursday night game I've seen on the schedule in awhile.

Like auburn doesn't play in difficult settings and loud stadiums. They play in Death Valley and places like A&M. And road games at Bama. They want to prove their dominance over big 12-0r 10 whatever they are now.
Almost losing to Iowa state last week? They both had days off to prepare. It may be close in the first half but Auburns defense or special teams will score. And Aubie will win by at least 14. This team beat the team ( Arkansas) that schalacked Texas Tech (Arkansas was the 7th best team in the sec west).
But hey everybody sees it differently and everybody has biases. I've seen both of em and I've made mine. This line should move back to 10 catch it before it does.

Also, I have much respect for kState and coach Snyder. And may play them in some of the big 12 conference games. But I'm going with talent, defens, and scheme and auburn has the advantage in all.

Question is can Kst drop 40 to keep it competitive? Cause Auburn will go for 42-49 so basically will K st score 30 - 40 points to cover? I believe that's the way you have to go into this game thinking.
