Clemson wins the National Championship this year..

As terrible as the Defense was in their biggest game last season,
they can only get better from there. Much better!

And if they do look out this team will smoke their competition. 

They last won it all 33 years ago so you could say they are due.

I think the embarrassment handed to them by WVU will give this team all the motivation they will ever need and if they beat FSU they very well could go undefeated --

But, as you may already know. I call things as I see them. Yeah the defense is gonna be great. You know the one thing I keep pointing out that not many V.T fans will address is their special teams situation. Being a Hookie fan you should know that Beamer ball ( Special teams ) won them many football games. It was almost like the edge they had vs teams who were about equal to them..... Basically if I thought V.T had a 50/50 shot to win a game based on strictly offense vs defense.... I would almost always pick V.T to win solely on the fact that "Beamer ball" would be the difference. I dont see that anymore. What happen to it?

I say all that to say this....... V.T IMO, is about 1 injured QB away from being a .500 football team. I just dont see the edge anymore. I know that was a poor call in the sugar bowl. V.T dominated them....but those are the kinda games im talking about that V.T would never use to lose.
