bol to you looks like some good picks
baylor line dropped couple points have some suspensions
staying away until whole team is playing

like Ole Miss, BG, and USC.. on the opposite of FSU, i think their lines are gonna be way over inflated this year..

I agree the lines involving FSU may be inflated a bit this season...

But, in game 1,at the stadium where the Dallas Cowboys play, against a rebuilding Ok St team, that mantra will not carry weight...I compare this ok st team to the Clemson team of last season, and personally I don't think the Cowboys would match up with that Clemson team.    I believe that you know the outcome of the FSU v Clemson game.   I still think the Noles are hungry, and with Crabgate among other issues, Famous is going to come out there and againput on a show...

agree with Mississippi and Bowling Green.

a word of caution on that Houston pick. Houston was insanely lucky last year in turn over margin and UTSA has 20 returning starters. I'm trying to cut down on my plays this year.

I agree with FSU. I played the under with Texas/NT. I think Strong will do everything in his power to protect Ash in this first game before BYU, and chew the clock up with his two stud running backs. Baylor should cover as long as they can keep their heads in the game and the pedal to the metal after they build a big lead. The Wisconsin QB situation looks a little messy and confusing. I think Anderson is pointing this team in another direction away from the Bielema style offense. But this doesn't seem like the best time to start doing it before LSU. So I also favor LSU in this first game.

That's why I have Houston in a ML parlay and in a teaser(+0.5) :)

Like all your picks Longhorn.  Only concern for me would be LSU.  Wisconsin should be very good this year.

motowner, likewise...yes I have...lots of teams, lots of chalk, and all favorites...but, for week 1, things are a bit different than the rest of the season.   we will see what happens...
