Wyoming starting QB is out and as you guys know - we have been a fan of how he is played this year under the circumstances not a ton around him but been decent - do not know anything about the backup situation and so many other games to get to gonna take a pass - at first glance - line might be a bit high but Wyoming also has lots of injuries on D so who knows how they get through this one...Also do not know where Utah St heads will be after taking Boise to a #poundmeintheazz prison - and then got the return trip to said prison in San Diego last wk.....3 way tie Utah St AF and Boise on their division - AF plays both of them still.

on Thursday and racked stacked and packed a 3-0 Saturday . Fortunate to say that every week this year has been a winning one ....8/8....Giving out 4/5 picks a week and a ton of write-ups for Covers Nation to sink their teeth into and ravage the SUCCULENT BITS 
like crazed money-hungry lunatics.
Hope to have an EARLY TASTER or two when the lines come out this afternoon....Have some family and relaxation time planned

Ah the memories. We recall attending the 2006 Orange Bowl between these 2 teams and for those young enough to remember - especially the junior Sparkies that are new to NCAA degeneracy....Wake Forest once upon a time was pretty decent.....And the OLD Petrino team back in the day was really really good.....now we are left with a Louisville team looking to get to a bowl game vs a Wake team that is struggling mightily.......We really like Louisville QB L Jackson a dual threat who seems to be getting a lot better....the D has been hit or miss - but pretty good against teams without a lot of weapons and that would put Wake right in their wheelhouse.....Not sure who is gonna get the majority of the snaps at QB for Wake - Hinton not great throwing the ball esp given who he has to work with - but he does have 6 rushing TD so we would like to see him in there.....Wake offense ranked #105 - and #100 on 3rd down they are gonna need to win the turnover battle +2 or better to have a shot - Louis has been known to make brain cramps - #93 in T/O margin....Just would rather lay less than 10 in this one so congrats to anyone on a better number than this.
Summary - no lean on side at this number.....No lean on total.

Looks like the UConn ship might be done for the year....We liked their scrappy ways early on but the D has just had to do too much IMO - offense cannot consistently run the ball or MATRICULATE in the passing game ranked #112 in offense and they have scored 22 or fewer in all but one game this year - Statistically EC D not great but they can definitely handle a vanilla offense - held Temple to just over 300Y offense but -2 in turnovers and a late meltdown did them in - just were not good enough to compete with Temple for 60 minutes but that should not be the case this week - Question? Where are their heads at now ? Had that big Thursday night game now done in the conference just have to try to get to 6 wins and a bowl game......Potential here for letdown city just not sure about laying 7 since neither team inspires confidence right now....not to mention the GHOSTS OF MIRACLE COVERS are always in play at UConn.
Summary. Lean EC. Still looking at the total may have a play here.

Arizona St 2.5 Oregon (66)
... TFL's/sacks given and received popped out for me too ...last few games have been wowzerz in that department for both teams, ASU OT's are particular garbage... richard is back so i think they get traction to be in the game but they've been over 66 once (Co)...oreg seems to only fly way past 60 totals but that's when they have 500+ yds. prolly not this game.. . but please tear this apart and spare me another thursday massacre!

Have we mentioned we are finding this card tough? Really wanted to take a shot at the doggie but their D is just really pathetic at least on paper - yes they have played WK and Baylor - but for real - like for real - they are ranked 107 vs the run and 126 in pass eff D...and while the have a balanced offense - they also love to turn it over ranking 117 in turnover margin - What is really strange is that they are #3 in ncaa in time of possession AND 3rd down conversion offense so IN THEORY - they do a great job of keeping their D on the field so the D can DO WORK .....the D is never on the field and still gets shredded....Last yr they gave up over 70 to LT on the road - we know revenge is a dish best served cold BUT the it is never easy to get that revenge if you cannot impose your will - LT is better at stopping the run - a lot better.....Rice may be able to do some things MATRICULATING the passing game but that is not their strong suit....leading WR is Q.......As horrible as this game might look on the surface for Rice - we are catching DD and they are historically a good home dog ATS....and get this - they are TIED for FIRST in their division right now doing some nasty 3-some action with LT and S Miss so there is a lot as stake here.

Summary. Lean Rice as mental as that sounds BUT want minimum 14. Total looks about right.
