Hard for us to lay this many points with Ole Miss....Sure they looked good last week in our 275489375892347589374 star smokeshow TT under  but if any of you guys watched the game - the T AM D played really well - but the QB Allen was obviously injured or on crack or something was missing guys on simple passes - the backup was getting disciplined - so T AM went to the 3rd stringer - was ok - but let's be real - it was a scrimmage for Ole Miss on D....They are ranked 8th in rush D in the SEC - 3rd tho in yds/attempt.....Auburn playing a lot better and as much as you want to say how bad they are - they are still 4-3 and we like White at QB fun to watch Auburn actually look a bit like Auburn on offense again......We do NOT like Auburn coming off the crazy 4 OT game vs Arkansas not sure how they bounce back but at least they get this one at home......They need 2 more wins to be bowl eligible and one win is going to have to come against a very good team. Might as well be this one? So hard to say. Do not trust their D if it was a bit better might see this one on the official list. Auburn has beat Ole Miss the last 2 yrs. 27 of the last 32.

Megalocks fun factoid our SEC INSIDERS tell us that HC Freeze is 7-10 SU on the road in 17 games including 1-2 this year with losses at Memphis and Florida. Beat Bama.

Summary. Lean Auburn +7.5 or better but would wait to see how many points you can grab obviously it will not hit 10 but maybe could get 8/8.5.

There is always a risk that when you talk negatively about the darling team around town that someone is napalm your house and then get serious about things......but rest assured this is NOT negative talk just some facts......Houston is undefeated and their QB is fantastic one of our fav players to watch right now - 10 TD passes and 15 rushing TD.....D is #1 in turnover margin and they are crushing and killing.....HOWEVER......our AAC INSIDERS brought up this interesting factoid that we are sure you will see on your TV sets this week.....Houston has beat nobody with a winning record - but it gets better - the combined record of their opponents this year is 13 wins and 37 LOSSES....For the non-math inclined that is a waaaaaaaaaaaaat? .260 win percentage....Think about some crappy middle infielder in the minor leagues hitting .260 with no power....THAT my friends is not an indictment of Houston - just saying not saying but just saying that they at some point are going to get smacked in the mouth yes they beat Louisville but they are 3-4 and not great......Houston is still a bit of an unknown to us - yes they are good but how good? We do know that for all of Vandy's challenges on offense - only one game >17 points and that was vs Austin Peay - their D has been excellent holding WK to 14 and ole miss to 27 on the road...so well coached but they turn the ball over a lot and that is bad when playing Houston.

Interesting tidbit that our Vandy INSIDERS found out was that Vandy is planning to go (at least they say now) 2 QB system to give Houston more to think about - McCrary brings the running threat and FR Shurmur brings that pro style element. Now of course neither have developed yet....But Vandy is #8 in time of possession and #3 in 3rd down D - if they can stay -1 or better in turnover margin we say they cover.

Summary. Lean Vandy but want 13+ minimum. If it gets to 14 we will likely officially add it to our card. No rush yet.

Tennessee 8.5 Kentucky (56)

We noted last week how there is nothing wrong with Kentucky at all - we like them - just hard to say really they are good at THIS or THAT.....just kinda a team that will probably get to a bowl game still have Charlotte on the schedule and already 4 wins.....They in our view just do not stack up vs the Vols talent wise (HOT TAKE) and just think we would want to catch more points if playing Kentucky - last wk was the first game all year where the winning margin was double digits and you have the Vols coming off a physical game vs Bama and we saw what that did to T AM last wk.......Vols 3-4 but given the schedule left we think a bowl game is a possibility and this might end up being the best 6-6 team ever my God what a schedule and we love that running game / QB looks to be getting better MATRICULATING in the passing game.

Summary. Can't lay more than 7 in this one so no recommended lean on this one as far as the side goes. Still looking at the total.

Curious to see you take on Clemson-10 at NC ST. I  have watched NCST a few times this year and last year and I have to say that Brisette maybe the most over hyped QB I have seen in a while. Makes bad decisions with the ball. Holds the ball to long and short throws his WRs a lot. Seems to be careless with the football. Wolfpack O line seems to be pretty weak this year as well. Clemson def should have their way. Really thinking about dropping a dime in Clemson. Request line special!
