Teams just outside of the TOP 30
 
in no Order
East Carolina
might win CUSA
 
BYU++       Max Hall should put up monster Numbers
 
Arkansas?    should make a Major Jump in 2009
Passing game should be great ... Defense will have plenty of ???
 
Miami?      still Young and getting better but so is the rest of the ACC..still one of my favorite teams to fade ...
 
West Virginia-     Jarrett Brown gets his chance ...
 
Minnesota+      might be a ML DOG bread winner in 2009
 
Stanford+     Suprise ... the Cardinal will pull 3 or 4 upsets this year.... Luck should be a very Good College QB sometime in the next 2+ years  ... Schedule is hard but 6 Wins should be Good..
 
Houston +     should run it up vs most of CUSA
Might also be a nice ATS Play in 5+ Selected games... 
 
Vanderbilt?      returning so much from 2008...But the SEC is so Tough
 
Illinois+      can't wait to jump on the bandwagon and then jump off just as fast
The BIG 10 can only be better this year right ???
 
Air Force+      13 Starters return for the Falcons in 2009 .... thats alot for a S>A .... 
 
Arizona++   the Defense might carry them in 2009...  Scott might be great ....
 
Colorado+    Very Big Year ??? Bowling ??
8-4 or Better ?? Might win North
 
Nevada++      Will they ever win the WAC ?? 
 
USF+      The Big East is so wide open ... but i think Rutgers/Cinncy are the teams to beat

Georgia Wins 53% of the Time

Georgia Wins by 7+  42%

Oklahoma St Wins by 3.5+   42%

Georgia scores 30+   67%  Might be my Play for this game

Oklahoma St scores 30+ 57%

Game Over 61  68.5%  another Good Play

Game Over 65.5  64%

I  would think 60+ will be the total.  I would be leary of taking the over for the simple fact that UGA's defense should be much improved.  If you like them to win, you have to believe their D is going to stop Okie St.  UGA's strengths on D are going to match up well with Okie st's run game.  I think UGA's d is going to be very good this year, miles better than last year as a matter of fact.  UGA's offense should be run first, more so than last year.  I have a hard time seeing this game going over 60 points,

3 teams i believe you will want to move up in your rankings: Va Tech, Oregon, Ok St... all 3 will be among the elite in the country (if they stay healthy)...

the team i think you will want to move down is Alabama... they are not a top 10 team with the issues they will have from their offseason losses...

also having trouble buying into USC early on... i think they will miss Sanchez and that entire defense that got drafted into the NFL... they are still top 5 or 10... just don't know about top 2...
