Michigan and Michigan St. are the only teams I see having a chance to knock them off in those 5... Huge Game for Rich Rod in week 2 ... Might be hard for the Irish to play Huge in both games ...

As a Notre Dame Fan you could not have asked for a better schedule (other than USC)... Playing both Washington schools is easy money ...

You must really have a love affair with Stanford.  Do you have them going undefeated?  First a win over Cal, and now this nonsense.  Then you foolishly predict that a 9-3 Notre Dame team would finish behind an 8-4 Kansas team.  Right.  I can see that happeneing about 1 day after Hell freezes over.

I can see the Irish at 10-2, but I can also see 8-4.  Regardless of your love affair with Stanford, the Irish will win that game.  The two potential losses I see other than the ones you stated are against Michigan State, and BostonCollege, two teams that gie the Irish trouble no matter how good or bad both teams seem to be.

Getting back to Stanford, you have them winning two games which are in fact, sure losses.  They play at Wake this year.  They finish the year with Oregon, at USC, Cal, and Notre Dame.  Obviously you think that this team htat has gone 4-16 in it's last 4 games for the past 5 seasons wil win at least two of their November games?  How many more, if any ,do you think they win?  Are they in your Top 30?  After all, you have them defeating two of your Top 30 teams already.  Now remember we are not talking point spreads here.  No matter how many people in here want to pretend they are as good as the Las Vegas Sports Connection, no official spreads have been posted.  We are just talking straight up wins and losses.
