Yes you are reading that correctly ..
Last year Virginia beat Ga tech and i think they catch them in a good spot again ...
I feel like you think you Should forcast the Better team to Win every game
This is just a very early Ruff Draft ...
Starting in June ,I will start at #120 and work my way down to #1...
I will Grade each team by pos. QB,RB,WR,OL,DL,LB,Sec,ST and coaching (just like I did last year) 10 being the Highest at any Pos and 4.5 being the Lowest ...
The most important thing in my Rankings is Point Spread Ratings ...If you Notice their is not much difference between #30 at 63.5 and #19 at 68... on a neutral field team #19 would be favorite by 4.5 Points ... I apply between 3 and 6.5 Points for Home Field ...
My Rankings and PSR's will change weekly.. I usually post them on Sunday for the Following week (before the Lines are released.)....
Thanks. I just wanted to make sure that I was reading this correctly. Good luck with your project in June. Hopefully by time you get to USC, Pete will have chosen his starting QB, though it looks like Corp now has the inside track.
I have been wagering since the 1960's and have been involved in the business on both sides of the ledger. I know that the LVSC sets the lines for most of the industry, and that they set those lines in July. (it seems to get earlier and earlier every year). If you go to Las Vegas, you can wager these future lines at the Palms, amongst others. The longer they can hold your money, the less they have to borrow to make ends meet.
I asume that you use a lot of angles and trends in your predictions. Example, UVA has won S/U and covered against Georgia Tech 5 times in thepast 6 years. I have about 3000 such angles and trends that we use as part of our research for the Football Mags that contract with us. So I do understand your system to a point. I'm sure you have other things that you use. Everyone is different. Picking the spread is easy, if you have an understanding of it. Example. Both Michigan and Notre Dame win their home openers against non-BCS caliber teams. The game is in the Big House, so give Michigan an extra 3 1/2 points (used to be more). No one really knows much about these two teams except that they have been major disappointments of late. So we have Michigan opening up as 1 to 2 point favorite.

I am not a Fan of Charlie's or Notre dame for that matter ... IMO So many Coaches have gotten HC Jobs riding the Coat tails of Bill Bellicheat ... Romeo,Charlie,Manfatass,(McDaniels 1st year), are all way Overrated and none of them seem to be able to manage a Game or make good adjustments in Game ...
The schedule this year is as easy as it will get for the Irish (on Paper anyways)...
I do think the Pieces are in Place for a 8 to 10 Win season ...That being said you could be right on and The Irish could fall glat on their face...

Nice Post Brother
Counting USC as a loss
at Michigan, vs Michigan St. BC,at Pitt, at Stanford and even Nevada or Navy could beat the Irish ... Thinking they lose 2 of those 4 sure
8-4 is not good enough with this cupcake schedule ... and 9-3 seems right to me as well

Yeah Oregon is going to be like Jekyl and Hyde...The Coaching Problems combined with some ?? on the O-Line could have the Ducks anywhere from 7-5 to 11-1...IMO
The Ducks could easily lose to Boise St. week 1 ...
But I would love to see them getting 7+ at home vs USC. and only giving Utah 4 or less would be Fantastic
Yeah TCU is gonna be great this year ... Tons of talent... ....
What do you think about BYU >>?? I have them 31-35 right now ....

What up Double...Like the Bulldogs to do a little damage this year..Even tho they lost some offensive fire power....There defense is going to be strong this year and its going to have to be because there offense will struggle at times...but I can see them making some noise in that division especially when the other teams might be taking them lightly this year
Is it September yet!!!!
Peace out Double keep it up brotha!!!

Georgia still has 20+ players Injured or Limping
The Defense is much better than the Offense ... they will need a better Pass rush than they had last year,, Curran should be all world at LB...
The O-line will be the Key ... Many Players return from last years banged up unit and several are still injured ... too Many So. and Fr on the 2 deep ... this Unit will kill the Dawgs all year
The schedule looks like Murder to me ..
Richt is a very good coach and anything can happen but 9 Wins at best IMO
thanks for reading My ramblings/Poor grammer and Spelling
BOL in 09 and thanks for posting Brother
