I don't think this game will be close. From what I have seen from USC so far is that this team is comparable to the championship team from 2004-2005. The defense looks relentless and the offense is in sync. In the past few years USC has not looked crisp on offense and were weak at the QB and receiver positions. This year is different, Sanchez is a lot more comfortable in the pocket than Booty, and they have some playmaking ability at the WR position. Oregon State has not impressed me one bit. They beat a horrible team in Hawaii, and lost to Stanford and Penn State. The only chance the Beavers have is if USC turns the ball over 3 or 4 times, but I don't see that happening. The Trojans lost 33-31 the last time they played in Corvallis, it won't happen again. Lastly the Trojans once again have a defense that gets turnovers. The past couple of years the defense was not getting turnovers. It is Pac-10 play and I know that USC will have a couple tough games, but I just don't see this game being one of them. It will be tough for the Beavers to break 14. I see the score as something like 45-10. I am taking the Trojans -25.

If you're fully motivated every day, you're either...
A. making more money than the previous day, everyday.
B. working in porno.
C. or you're lying.
If this guy's never had a bad day on the job then I want an application to wherever it is he works. Your face must hurt from walking around the office with a smile for 8 hours straight everyday. Hopefully you have a great dental plan to go along with that smile.

My evidence of a letdown is that they just played the game of the year two weeks ago, and they have a revenge game on deck. Plain and simple. Period. End of story. What's so hard to see about that?
But thanks for making handicapping this thing a personal issue pal.

It's not my first day buddy...USC is by far the better team here, that's all I need to know. You can cap it however you like. I'll put my money on the far superior team and go to bed early...

"You are wrong the Trojans have already gotten up 2x this year. Opener and Game of the Year Clash in the Collesium etc, etc vs Ohio St. They are not getting up for this game I dont care what you say. They already had the national spotlight on them 2x I have seen both USC games and live in the Midwest. Thats a national spotlight. As Wiz said all those players are in the NFL or working their 9 to 5. Name me a significant person on that squad that played then and is playing now. Also, after whooping the "#5" team in the country as a team you believe you are that good. We have all seen it before if not experienced it first hand in team sports. And it doesnt matter when its garbage time Moevao will throw for 250 yds and 2 scores. Also, I look for Sanchez to get flustered on his first conference road start. In your best case senario USC is up 38-7 and Oregon St backdoor covers 38-14."
Revin, you have some valid points my friend.. except for the bold statement.. Sanchez played well last year in the 3 starts he filled in for Booty(at home against Arizona and on the road against ND and Oregon). He went 2-1 and lost to Oregon with at that point was the Heisman winner in Dennis Dixon by 7.. This team is better than last years and its really hard for me to fathom betting against USC this year..

I'm on USC too buddy but my reasoning is much more than the fact that Penn State beat OSU at home and USC is a better team.
