That is right T...They are the best team in the conference.
Joe....You flip flop more than the fish I catch. One week you bash the boys the next you are sucking up. Stoops owned you the last time you were saying Tubberville was the better coach and would out coach Stoops. LMAO... Blowout!! If they are your #2 team in the country they damn sure didn't get there by being out coached.

More laughable stuff from this"OU" fan ...on tiasman ND ML thread he says
that the only wild card is Stoops. If the Sooners win it will be in spite of him. If they lose it's because he was outcoached. And Kelly certainly has the ability to do that.
BGB has never been known for outthinking the opposition.

this is not the 50's 60's 70's or 80's when Wilkinson and Switzer owned the state of Texas in recruiting,
the game has changed DRASTICALLY with the rise of so many schools around the country who invade Texas,
Stoops is just fine,
YOU are the one who is not
signed,
GREG FUKKING PRUITT and JACK MILDREN
Jack Mildren.....perhaps the greatest wishbone QB of all time....passed in 2008.
Regarding the poor recruiting Stoops has displayed in Texas...yes that's another reason for the discontent in Oklahoma. And yes there is discontent. If the Sooners win this ND game it will be in spite of BGB. If they lose it will be because of BGB. And if they lose you will see the flames fanned in Oklahoma with those who remember....and are not satisfied with mere regular season wins.

He doesnt know shit about OU.....He is an OSU fan...Landry plays bad after 7pm....he needs to be at home in bed by 8pm!!! He is flat at night, NDs defense isnt great, they havent played anybody with any offensive prowess!! If OU scores more than 24 ..they should win...ND may cover...depends if Landry gives away points like he did vs Kst!!! BOL!!!!

I think that they are right now the best in the big 12.
but that does not matter since they already lost to K St. But other than that who in the big 12 is better than OU? Especially since they have already throttled UT and Tech.

Joe washington is the biggest POSER on this forum!! He pretends to be an OU fan when he is really an OSU fan that tries to make OU fans sound/ look stupid!!! And he has never contributed any sportsbetting thoughts/picks/advice...he uses the forum as a disgruntled OSU fan, who has nothing better to do than make people think OU fans are RETARDED!!! IF HE IS AN OU FAN Mission accomplished!!!!

I could judge Landry's opponents just as there are those who can judge ND's opponents. ND has a great defense? Who have they played? I do know this. Landry Jones is the alltime winningest QB in Sooner history with over 14,000 career yards and more than 100 TD passes at a school with a history of explosive offenses . When this kid is on he will thread the needle and is as accurate as a laser. He is as or more accurate than Sam Bradford was. His only flaw is pressure. He is much better taking a sack than throwing on the run because that's when he can make mistakes.
I played golf and pitched in college. There are days when you're on and days when you're off...no matter how good you are. Even Jack Nicklaus and Sandy Koufax had off days. But if Landry Jones is on then ND better put big time pressure on him and sack him 7-9 times and then hope for BGB to once again have a few Village Idiot moments at critical points in the game.
Again, how good is the ND defense and what even good offenses have they played that earn them that reputation?
On Saturday we will see who the pretender is. If Stoops could just somehow lose his car keys and miss the game I'd feel so much better.

OU is going to absolutely dominate ND in Norman. Although I completely despise everything about OU, including their smelly town, I will be cheering for a domination to make the Cats look that much better. However you slice it joewashington, the Cats beat OU straight up. Ya, OU may have a lot more talent than Kansas State and I think that is obvious but they don't have even half the heart that this KSU team has. Get over the loss and you guys don't deserve to be #2 right now. You can take that idea and throw it out the window.

I have a ton of respect for both Kansas schools. The Cats have taken it on the chin from the Sooners for decades but in the Snyder era have been more than competitive and have put some exciting players in the NFL. If OU can't win the conference and move on then I'll pull for the Cats everytime over anybody else in the conf. And Klein is no doubt my choice to win the Heisman. He and the school deserve it. He's had a great 2 year run. I do think that if Jones plays lights out the rest of the way he's back in the race. But it's probably too late for him to win it.
But don't get personal about my hometown now. Norman is a great place to live. I won't say a word about Manhattan. But it does remind me a little bit of Topeka and Wichita.

With a name like Joe Washington of course you are OKL fan! But I did see them struggle versus UTEP and saw them lose to KS ST so I do not know what team shows up on Sat. ND is all about defense. They are not so explosive and I do not know which of the two qbs will play better. One scrambles, the other a better passer. Big game Bob, usually loses the big games! Landry can look very ordinary at times.

My comment on Norman can definately be offending for any OU fan or native. I am speaking factual. Seriously, every time i drive by that damn place on the way to Dallas, I can smell a horrible odor. Ask anybody, other than the ones that are used to it.
As far as the #2 team in the country...Well, that is just ignorant. How in the sam hell do you think OU should be #2 in the country at this present time? You show your true colors on the reasoning to my hatred for your fan base/school. You think your shit don't stink but you can smell it just driving by your town.

The Sooners have settled down a lot since UTEP. I watched that game and after I'd almost given up on the season. The kid Brown from Penn St as been huge as a wideout. Since the loss of Broyles last year and the 2 other starters suspended before the season Landry has taken this long to get on the same page with the receivers. I think he's done that.
And frankly they have finally found a running game with Williams and Millard at fullback. This Millard kid will punish as a blocking fullback and then go out in the and take it 50 yards. And Millard hits the hole quick and can take it the distance any time. The running game is something the Sooners haven't had in a few years. It's taken a lot of pressure off Landry and is keeping the defense honest. Sooners and throwing screens and draws which I haven't seen in a long time and is confusing opposing defenses
Switzer would open the game by gashing up the middle with power and speed then hit the edge with the halfbacks and throw it over the top while the other team was trying to figure out what to cover. If BGB is smart he'll take a page out of the legend's book in this one. I'll trust Heupel to keep BGB away from the play calling.

Maybe if you got a car with air conditioning you could roll those windows up and avoid the smell. Then again maybe the smell is from that pee bottle you keep emptying out that open window as the wind splashes it back in your face.

Thanks Joe, your analysis seems right on and oh that smell the guy is talking about is probably the smell of all that oil money you guys are spending. LOL! Anyway I will be on OKL this Saturday. Leaving for LV tomorrow for annual reunion. Last year I won money with Sooners as they covered a big spread versus some weak team but they lost Broyles in that game so it was a sweat in the end. Later I think I lost on Alabama as they hosted LSU. Earlier that week on a Thursday nite I believe I had USC and they thumped Colorado. Of course I could have the years and games all screwed up. But most years I go and watch Boise thump Hawaii. That I know!
