Bridge, I'm glad it worked out on Montana. Truth be told, I bet out of it some at halftime. 1st half Montana wasn't moving the ball on offense and seemed fortunate to me to be in a close game. They kinda got some momentum and adrenaline going in the 2nd quarter, especially defense and special teams, but with the offense still struggling I was concerned it wouldn't last all game. But it did, seemed like a fired up, emotional effort the rest of the way. And the EWU special teams and giving them short fields all night was the difference. I'm beating myself up a little bit that my original plays should have netted me +2.2u or so, instead I also doubled down on the Under 2nd half and that never had a chance. Anyway, good to be up 8.5u or so on the year after starting week 1 down almost 10u. I'm supposed to be tapping the brakes to finish ahead, so that was another reason for buying out a bit at the half last night.
That said, 
added a few FCS plays this morning and bumped Iowa last night (of course the line is up to 12.5 today I see,..... hmmm)

Good stuff, yeah I saw glimpses of the game early quick score for Montana and then a real dogfight .. those teams sure don't like each other lol .. home crowd will'd it ... glad you mounted that comeback those first week duds can be so demoralizing .. knock it out the park today buddy!!! Riding SDSU with you and hitting some fun parlayage on some others .. unfortunately haven't been following FCS at all .. really liked the way ETSU coach was rallying his guys down the stretch last year w the defense and riding that good RB .. hope they found something resembling a pass game that can get them a first down once in a while because they weren't too far off from being pretty good in the spring lol .. good luck today dude!!! 
Well damn Bridge / anyone else monitoring FCS playoff scores, I didn't see it until just after midnight after I left Lucas Oil Stadium last night, but WTF happened in the South Dakota State game!? Up 24-0 and only win 24-19 as 6 point favorites, Ouch! Sounds like a moose to me, but I obviously did not see the game. Real bummer there after my Friday night "scared money don't make money" antics when I should have done nothing at halftime of the Montana game and won only +0.3u Friday instead of +2.2u. I sure know how to take a decent original FCS card and turn it into a bad wagering weekend with the FBS included. 
Just mad at myself right now. Saturday did not go well with the swing on SDS game. And in hind sight, Friday night was supposed to make up for it. 
On to another round of playoffs! ....... And might make it a new rule that all FBS bowl / playoff games are either in-game or locked in closer to kickoff.

BA, I did see that video as well. A little oversold on some of the headlines as to how great it was. It worked, but not because they were fooled. Seemed like it took too long from the time the QB starts to walk toward the sidelines until the ball is actually snapped. And I didn't see much from the sideline to fake a communication problem, they need to be in on as well if it's going to take so long. I've seen that same play done before and almost as soon as the QB starts toward the sideline, is when it's usually snapped. Just my 2 cents on the trick play and how I'd run it.

Yeah I saw that too .. something yahoo or one of these people came up with and were like oh snap look at this play super savage lol .. didn't fool anyone even had a guy trailing the QB .. if it really worked nobody trailed the QB and just quick dump to him for a TD and get our well deserved cover back lol ..

Orig posted 4 days ago .. 4 day old FCS line might as well be a 40 minute old line .. As soon as I see the first FCS lines drop I'm checking to see if TD posted his plays and just have to hope he's generous with his time and posts quickly .. NDSU was already -22.5 -115 by the time I got in it and wasn't long before it went 24+ ..

NDSU line at -21.5 -110 is the BetOnline opener from Monday afternoon. Posted right away as Bridge said. It was -22 / -22.5 quickly after I bet, but held at -23.5/-24 for a couple days until one of the larger books put their number out yesterday and then seems that others adjusted up some more.
I don’t have my PR#s in front of me at the moment, but I made this right around 25.5 to 26, so looks “more accurate” now IMO. Was hoping for right at or just under -21, but no dice there.
My only slight fear would be that NDSU uses this as a rest week, but they seem pretty healthy and usually ratchet up the focus (I.e, ATS margin) in the playoffs.

Bridge, this would certainly be a candidate for the famous NDSU 2nd half strangle hold / don’t let the other team run more than 9 plays in the second half, ball control Under IF either of the last two HCs were there in Bohl and Klieman. Currently with Entz they’ve been a little more high scoring, but a lot of that was the full season with T. Lance at QB (more explosive & quick scoring). With new QBs in the spring and now this fall, he seems to be 50/50 about running out the clock in the 2nd half. Bit me pretty good a few weeks ago vs. YSU when I was on the full game (and in-game) Under; they just kept scoring and the wind/rain that day didn’t turn out to be as heavy as forecast.
Locked in:
JMU -7 in-game after the turnover and with starting Montana QB Humphrey out of the game it appears. Big drop off with the backup QB in the regular season, but he did get some experience. I missed -108 because the bet kept timing out. Ended up a little juiced, but all other sites at -7.5 anyway.
Alright, knock on wood, feeling pretty good about my in-game positions with starting QB Humphrey out for Montana, but let's see what we get for 2nd half side & total.
Won an unposted 1st half Under 17.5 in-game, .... sorry didn't have a chance to post, JMU scored too d@mn fast right after that on a 96 yard drive and I had to sweat that one out.
For full game, ended up with 1u total on JMU -7 & -7.5. And Under 43.5 & U42.5 for 0.6u.
I don't think Montana does much on offense the rest of the game. They are at least 14 ppg worse from a power rating standpoint with the backup QB in the game!
Yeah seemed like maybe DK was having a xmas party and unattended Algo talked itself into Montana hanging tough... Woulda checked here but figured I better make a move, hit that -7.5 too about halfway into Q2 before they bulldozed for that 2nd TD .. Almost never do in game FCS just on a whim like that but the QB out and next guy up seemed like he'd have to get lucky to keep drives goin, did a couple times .. also had that other good WR out, arm in a sling .. just felt like JMU gets the fumbling or whatever was going on under control then 2.5 quarters to romp and Montana hadn't really done anything at that point even w the top QB .. Thought about H2 -13.5 -125 but had a dime on it already felt good about it .. JMU another stranglehold finish looks like you cleaned up ...

Yep, cleaned up nicely - 1st half total, full game total, and full game side all hit for in-game. Very nice after some bad decisions last week that I mentioned previously.
I went back and looked at my spreadsheet and those 4 games that the backup QB played either the entire game or a significant portion of the game (vs. SUU), and they were actually -21.7 points worse for ATS margin than my current PR#s (I had said at least 14 points worse last night in a post going from memory). Current PR #s done based on the starting QB being back in there though, so instead of making the line -7ish pre-game, I had JMU laying a half a point (actually 0.2 points for "standard" home field advantage). Anyway, starting with a line of -0.2 and then adjusting another -21.7 points for the backup QB and that's a 21.9 point margin. I find it pretty cool that JMU won by exactly 22 points. Doesn't always turn out this precise, but as the years go by and trying to find new edges, if I had time for all games I'd pay closer attention to injures and what the data says with "Player A" in or out of the lineup. I try to do this now with QBs only and even that breakdown alone can be very helpful (Miami (OH) and Georgia State this year come to mind, I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting).
Hedged back small on ETSU +26 (0.2u) to go with my NDSU -21.5 (1.5u). 35-10 final would be fine by me. Probably should wait to hedge that in-game or not at all, but I'm a little conservative on the $ side lately with the way this season started.
