Washington is +9.5 vs Oregon in PAC-12 Game?

Oregon is #1 passing offense in the country and Washington passing defense is 124th.  How many college teams are there?  Nix is going to have a fun time passing all over the field tonight.  

Also look at Oregon defense on third down.   You can't convert third down, you are not going to win with punting that ball.
