I am looking at the first meeting and the fact that OU fired Stoops as DC afterwards.  Their D hasn't been any better, and Texas' has.  Texas should still score.  Remember it was 45-21 with 8 min left in the 4th Quarter when TX started playing conservative.  Also can't help but think about how Murray has come out that he is more focused on playing baseball after this season, just something to think about.

Mr. Hoo, Thoughts on Appy State being 17 points better than ULL in the funbelt championship game? Seems like a lot for a championship game. Whats the Hoo metrics telling us? Good call on NIU!!

this should be a great game, I lean Texas plus the points 

my numbers have them losing a close one, I know from experience TH is great in this underdog role so that makes me think he can win outright even though my metrics don’t support that 

my concern would be if OU jumps out to lead & gets rolling early, they can truly gass a defense & score in bunches 

I think I may tease Texas but still undecided, turnovers truly the key to beating OU, if Sooners win turnovers they win games just because that offense is so dynamic

Metrics like App St (my initial lean was taking the points but the numbers were stacked against Laffy once I ran it & I honestly don’t want to fight my analytical stuff right now as we get close to bowls, I think they will give Train & I some true bowl gold)

going off game line, my numbers give edge to App (not by much) & very slight edge to under

Oddsmakers are close on this one

they’ll be in if they beat Texas tomorrow unless Geo beats Bama , they have their hands full with Texas unless they learned how to tackle over the past week, if Texas wins turnovers they’ll prob win, same for OU, should be a nice exciting game, hard for me to cheer against Texas but it would be nice to see OU in playoff for the simple fact of OVER gold when they face Bama

I did hit OU at -7.5 right after it first posted.  Got nervous about it this week...then realized my first gut feelz after digesting a Saturday of football are often correct...so I'm sticking with it.

On a side not in a statement from his Mom they were able to restore blood flow and was going to have surgery soon I've watch this kid from when he was in high school hope he makes a speedy recovery

Not sure if you officially broke down the Bama/Georgia game? What are your thoughts? I'm having trouble picking a side. Same goes with the O/U.

OU line up tp 10. 

Agree on your assessment on the game.  Pulling for Sooners as would be a better playoff game (s) to watch but think UT can keep up within the 10.

Really interested how Bama game goes today.  

Clemson should and hopefully rolls got in early with 22.5 and put in open teaser.  And Fresno on ml.

BOL to all.  Should be a great day of football.

my lean all week was Geo first half when it was 7.5 but metrics like Tide quite a bit so I bowed out & chose not to get in front of the train

metrics really favor Bama & under, like near shutout type, geo only getting 13 pts total (I’m not fighting that)
