But seriously, this 'Tony' guy was a complete box in chat. I'm looking for a new book right now but I'll avoid these guys. Customer service seems to be a weak point at their book.

They have always been the worst book when it comes to customer service. I have spoken to Tony on the phone and it didn't end well for me either.

what a d bag that tony is glad I got the best of five dimes and ran there clueless. they had a race up there that was well past post time and bet it right before the the otherside of the clock hoping they would not notice the differrence between am and pm and sure enough they graded it as a winner 1500.00 plus and I withdrew a few days after, I here more and more complaints about them everyday they are going down hill fast, I am assuming they are losing alot of customers ..

I think 5Dimes is great even though Tony isn't exactly Mr. personality.  They have more options then any other book, you can parlay almost anything and the props are through the roof.

But I don't wager on non sporting events and don't bonus chase. So that cuts out about 90% of possible customer service problems right there.

For all of those who continue to say that it's stupid to bet on wrestling or that Kap got what he deserved for betting on a "fixed" event...Shut Up.

Nobody who bet on this saw this coming. It's been a very profitable event to bet on in years past. This is the first time that anything "fishy" has happened. If I remember correctly, Kap hasn't lost since he's started betting on Wrestlemania until this year.

Anyone that books or bets on crap like this is just asking for trouble. And this comment is coming from a guy that would bet on the weather. I've been a long time player at 5dimes and I'll be the first to admit while Tony won't win the Mr Personality award, he went out of his way to look into a problem I had and credited my account the next day. That being said, I think 5dimes clearly has some customer service issues that I would like to see them clear up. If you call them and ask ten different people the same question, you'll get ten different answers. Rock solid book though and you have to give them a ton of credit for not bending over for the US government like Pinnacle and bet365 did.

What a cocksucker that guy Tony is, you got dicked over big time, Miz won the match and that was the official decision so you should have been paid..i cant believe you got fucked over and then asked him to please not hold it against your account..im a nice guy but there is no way my conversation with Tony would have been nearly as pleasant as yours was.

Kap, i applaude you for the way you handled yourself during the chat. I have one question for you?  IF  your wager would have been graded a draw right after the re-start of the match instead of after the show was over and Miz was declared the winner, would you and the other "Miz ticket holders" have the same gripe against 5dimes? It seems to me that Tony brought all this upon himself by taking so long to grade the wager.

Wow long-time WWE Fan here, and I can predict 95% of the winners. Never thought a book would offer action on this! What was the odds for The Undertaker to win? I would of bet everything I had on that.
