I feel like I am losing my mind. Like seriously. I have been trying to save to move but I dont make much money and it seems like every month something unexpected happens that costs me money that I was trying to save and at the end of every month I hardly have anything saved so I keep pushing back my move yet I can't enjoy living where I am because I am trying so hard to move so I try not to do anything that costs money yet these unexpected things keep happening so by the time I pay all my bills I hardly have anything saved and it is driving me insane. Its like I am in a deep hole trying to dig my way out everyday and getting nowhere at all and I am all alone and I feel like one day I am just going to completely lose it. Not in a violent way to anyone else. I will make that clear. I am a totally nonviolent person. Like I am not gonna snap and go on a killing spree or shit like that. I just mean like die of a heart attack or something. I don't know. I just dont know what I can do to get out of this.

I can't get a loan. I have debt that I am in the process of paying off. It will be paid off in 2 years. And I am not feeling sorry for myself. I don't complain to anyone or even talk to anyone for that matter. I just live my quiet life but inside I am being torn apart. On the outside I am cool as a cucumber though. Noone knows what I am going through.

I think I have a nervous breakdown a couple times a year. You ain't the only one. But you are the only one that can change your situation. Find some new poon. Get a second job to speed the process. Get out of the rut and make a change!

Good to see no stupid comments in this thread. You really do need to talk to someone. It does not have to be a professional, even one of the guys on covers who has offered could be a big help. Keeping everything inside can cause an explosion like when you just burst into tears as you described. Even worse then that is if you keep it all in and it just keeps you in a bad mental state like you are in now. Letting out the stress and anxiety and just talking about it can help a lot. I really hope things turn soon legwand.

I do not think counseling locally is really the answer. Professional help is a long process and leg really wants to leave his area. Going to a local therapist would in a sense be surrendering to the fact that he will be in the area for an extended period of time. Which he is making clear he does not want to do. Also there can not be any low cost or free assistance if even a fraction of legwands income ( he mentioned it in thread) is reported income. Talk to a friend, in a way talking to a covers member could be very beneficial. I see you are a long time member, as are the guys who asked to speak to you. Speaking to "one of your own" can be very helpful and very possibly they have had similar experiences and can offer guidance and encouragement. Again I hope it works out man.

I am the last person that would have ever tried it (yoga). i am very high strung and one of my co-workers insisted on it.......Bro i promise you it will change your life, its not like i go every day or even every week for that matter. Just to share with you a bit, I have been in debt that I don't have more than $200 with 30K VISA debt. ANd then I got lucky working for a company giving stock options that I made lots and lots of money more than I can imagine. And then the bubble burst, I lose quite a bit but still doing OK. I am doing relatively OK now and I never look back. I look ahead and appreciate everything I got or "don't have".
One thing I can share with you that I have been trying to make money gambling and I found that it can only be a hobby or a part time job (making spare changes). Every time I try to turn it into a lucrative job, it bites me. I advice you not to think gambling is your solution to get out of debt.

I understand what you are going threw, please hang in there. Over a year ago I was in a serious car accident that could have killed me & the other driver whos fault it was. I had mri's and other tests done on my head and neck right after and it showed whiplash and wedging of the spine. Roughly 5 months after the accident (Oct 2009) I started feeling really weird while at a friends house. I got light headed and felt realllly dizzy, then some SERIOUS anxiety kicked in that I have NEVER experienced before..It was AWFUL. I got one of my friends to dirve me home and this dizzy/anxious feeling is STILL with me today. Some days are better than others but all day everyday I know have to deal with this brutal combination of symptoms. Needless to say my social life has been non existant over the past year and a half and literally the only times I talk to friends anymore is on PSN..(I know sad). I just want to tell you to hang in there. There are people going threw the same kind of things as you & you should know you are not alone. I live in Canada and have been able to see a psychologist for a number of months now. They havent official diagnost me yet (yes even after a year and a half) because they still arent 100% sure what is causing all this. PTSD or Whiplash disorder are the two things that doctors keep mentioning but they have yet to say for certain thats what is causing all this. Sorry if I rambled I just wanted to share my story in hopes that you will see others are sutggling too..please hang in there.
