Very impressed with a lot of your scripture knowledge. God exists everyday in our lives, we should pray for the people that don't realize this.

And always at this point the greatest incongruity in the Bible is revealed for all who care to see.


We pray for people to get better when faced with terminal illness but then say they are in a better place when they die.


Why not just pray for them to die? Only seems logical to me. If I believed in heaven, cancer would be good news!!!

Please explain this to me?

Why start this thread?  Something like this will go on forever and ever ... the religious nuts and the science nerds will go head to head meaninglessly

What science? That's the problem with drawing theory, It was not embedded in science. Problem is no missing link. No links between fish and amphibians, or amphibians to lizards, lizards giving birth to birds in the wild natural world.
Again no links within mammals not once seen a dog give birth to a cat or cow bears a.sheep. no no link between a horse and a rhino , primates or pigs or rats to a man. Science can show rats primates and pigs are a little close relating to tissue types yet to see a human bear any of these or vice versa. Hence no proof, no evidence, on evolution. Yet I can reason the chicken made the egg. What made the chicken, A creator.... we can now make a chicken or a sheep through cloning. It is possible we will mutate the animals as.we do vegetables to come up with a chicken 2.0 version like the 6 month shelf life tomato. But again there is a creator, and a very unnatural process.involved.

I referenced ancestors . Com 4 males 72 reproducing females. I referenced the wild animals natural desertion of defective offspring. The fact we have no fur. Such a defenseless position till 14 anyway. We need food water clothing everyday of our lives..... we ant even walk till a year old. But it's a good story fits the NEARLY directive of no God in public school, and diminishes humans from unique precious individuals to a more demonic view of we are hairless wingless monkeys..... shame...

In an interview[29] that Popper gave in 1969 with the condition that it should be kept secret until after his death, he summarised his position on God as follows: "I don't know whether God exists or not. ... Some forms of atheism are arrogant and ignorant and should be rejected, but agnosticism—to admit that we don't know and to search—is all right. ... When I look at what I call the gift of life, I feel a gratitude which is in tune with some religious ideas of God. However, the moment I even speak of it, I am embarrassed that I may do something wrong to God in talking about God." He objected to organised religion, saying "it tends to use the name of God in vain", noting the danger of fanaticism because of religious conflicts: "The whole thing goes back to myths which, though they may have a kernel of truth, are untrue. Why then should the Jewish myth be true and the Indian and Egyptian myths not be true?" In a letter unrelated to the interview, he stressed his tolerant attitude: "Although I am not for religion, I do think that we should show respect for anybody who believes honestly - Karl Popper George Soros's mentor.
