Isiah 9:6, Luke 2:14 and John 14:27 make it clear that Jesus came to bring peace. But that peace was between man and God.

Mathew 10:34-36 shows as a result of Jesus' visit to earth , some children will be set against their parents and mans enemies might be those within his own household. This is because many who choose to follow Christ are hated by there family members. This is the cost of discipleship.

3) If morality comes from the bible then why do Christians have such differing views. 50% of Christians believe homosexuality is a sin and 50% believe it is ok. How can you take morality from a book that people do not agree upon. My interpretation is way different from yours on Matt 10:34, why is your right?

4) If Jesus is king, should the bible not be laid out better so we can understand it easily and not have to argue on it?

5) and finally, the question no Christian has ever answered, why do we pray for people to get better and put Christian scientists in jail when those who believe are going to heaven anyways?

The bible makes it very clear ANY sex outside marriage is a sin.

What does the bible say about marriage? It is very clear it is between MAN AND WOMAN.

Not MAN and MAN, not WOMAN and WOMAN.

If marriage is ONLY between man and woman and any sex OUTSIDE marriage is a sin, then it is clear that guy sexual relations is a sin

So a priest has sex with a little boy and he repents and begs forgiveness from God. Does he still go to Heaven when he dies? 

If so, why does God allow him into Heaven? Why does God allow him to ruin the life of a child for sexual gratification? 

This may apply only to you. The rest of your Christian brothers have read the same bible and have come to different conclusions. They believe that homosexuality is ok. They do not believe it is a sin. Google it if you do not believe me.

So the "bible is clear on all issues" may only apply to you. 

I read a verse in the bible one way and yet, you read it another. The bible is not clear on this issue. Clear would be we would read it and get the same answer. I am a pretty intelligent guy, if the bible was clear, I think I should be able to understand it.

Look at the evidence and you decide.

There is no evidence. There is, at the end of the day, only faith. Faith that your beliefs are true. There can be no evidence of this as God does not give us any evidence. You can debate til the cows come home but all you are really debating is do you want to believe in something that you cannot see, hear or feel. Do you have faith in God, that he is the God and that he is better than the Muslim version of him.

I simply cannot buy into that but the truth is, I am envious to those that can.
