If Christ died on the cross for all of humanity

God's Judgment of Sin  (Paul, like a skilled lawyer presenting his case, established a solid framework for understanding the broad scope of the gospel in his letter to the Romans. This is just chapter 2 of his letter)

You may think you can condemn such people, but you are just as bad, and you have no excuse! When you say they are wicked and should be punished, you are condemning yourself, for you who judge others do these very same things. And we know that God, in his justice, will punish anyone who does such things. Since you judge others for doing these things, why do you think you can avoid God's judgment when you do the same things? Don't you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can't you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?

But because you are stubborn and refuse to turn from your sin, you are storing up terrible punishment for yourself. For a day of anger is coming, when God's righteous judgment will be revealed. He will judge everyone according to what they have done. He will give eternal life to those who keep on doing good, seeking after the glory and honor and immortality that God offers. But he will pour out his anger and wrath on those who live for themselves, who refuse to obey the truth and instead live lives of wickedness. There will be trouble and calamity for everyone who keeps on doing what is evil---for the person first and also for the Gentile. But there will be glory and honor and peace from God for all who do good---for the person first and also for the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism.

When the Gentiles sin, they will be destroyed, even though they never had God's written law. And the person, who do have God's law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it. For merely listening to the law doesn't make us right with God. It is obeying the law that makes us right in his sight. Even Gentiles who do not have God's written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. They demonstrate that God's law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right. And this is the message I proclaim---that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone's secret life.---Romans 2:1-16

1. SJD, I understand you believe being gay is a sin because of that bible verse, but didnt GOD also say that he found everything he created to be very good?

Yes in the beginning when He created everything it was all good up until Adam & Eve sinned and then sin entered the world.

God is saying practicing homosexuality is a sin, go and read Leviticus chapter 18 in the bible, He mentions other forbidden sexual practices besides homosexuality, a total of 18 forbidden sexual practices which are all sinful. I want you to read it and understand it so you won't be confused.

2. Didnt jesus preach that to get into heaven you must love your neighbor as thyself?

Yes, He did and furthermore He also said, ""Not everyone who calls out to me, "Lord! Lord! will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to me, "Lord! Lord! We prophesized in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name. But I will reply, I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God's laws." ---Matthew 7:21-23

And so if one keeps on sinning by breaking God's laws like engaging in perverted forbidden sexual practices they will not go to heaven.

3. You must get your mind around the fact that being gay is NOT a choice, but it is the way they were born.

So are you saying that God is wrong by telling us those perverted sexual practices shouldn't be forbidden? You better not be believing that young man. Like I said in an earlier post you better start reading your bible a whole lot closer and not be confused or misinterpret what you are reading. God makes it very clear to us on what He considers sin.

4. What you are non-consciously doing is condemning gay people for the way they were created, when Jesus has said you must love your neighbor as thyself. It doesnt matter if they are gay or straight.

Who said that I am condemning them, I love everybody all I'm doing is pointing out that homosexuality is sinful as God has told us in the bible. You cannot say you believe in God and Jesus Christ our Savior and then keep on sinning. That is not the way to heaven.

5. God would never stop somebody from living out their life the way he created them. God is love, and God wants you to act in his ways. Therefore, we must not condemn, but love our neighbors. Each for the way they were created.

You are confused, He did not create homosexuals, He created men and women and he intended men and women to have normal sexual relations and live a righteous life.

One last time.... you better start reading your bible very carefully and understand God and his laws that we all have to live by, and whoever doesn't abide by the laws He will not allow he or she to go to heaven.

Lastly I believe I'm done talking about the perverted subject of homosexuality.
