Lastly, to further illustrate to you that your rational and logical thoughts are somewhat dysfunctional would be to say, if you don't believe in something, how does a rational and logical thinking mind mock, ridicule, sneer at an object they don't believe in, I mean it doesn't make rational or logical sense...are you understanding this?...probably not eh?...lol

Are you serious?  Why would we care about this??  So it would be a good thing if a large number of people thought god wanted them to kill homosexuals?

This is one of the biggest reasons why the world would be a better place without organized religion.  It breeds hatred, racism, bigotry etc. on a massive scale.

If someone wants to believe in god and follow the teachings of Christ, then I'm all for it, but a lot of people think god wants them to kill homosexuals or kill Jewish people.  This isn't okay, Rostos.

But anyway I'll answer the question for you. One of the Ten Commandments is "Thou shalt not kill"

We are all sinners but we are all given the opportunity to repent our sins and ask for forgiveness. Jesus Christ our Lord Savior payed for all of the sins of mankind.

 Whoever believes in Him will have their sins forgiven. So it would be wrong to put to death any sinner to deny them the opportunity to redeem themselves, this goes for murderers, rapists, thieves, liars...all sinners besides homosexuals.

So with all this said, it would even be wrong to kill you  sugarbeets...  since you, yourself, are a sinner like everyone else.

Maybe if Stalin, Hitler and Pot were under a religion, there would have been 100 million more people living....

The true tale of the tape of this thread is this. Matt4000 has given a virtual seminar on the existence of God and has gone to lengths to explain in detail every argument that you atheists have made. Other than Sugarbears feeble attempt, I have notice how none of you mental midget atheist have challenged Matt at all. After begging for evidence and proof this man has given you a smorgasbord of information and not a peep from you Cowards. I think that sums it up pretty much what the real deal is here.

If those people are real Christians, then they would follow the bible and not pass judgement as is clealry instructed.

Prayer in public schools, , prayer is a fantastic form of meditation whih relaxes the mind and body. Is that a bad thing? Maybe it is a good thing to take your mind off everything completely and relax and have some quiet thoughts from the stresses of everyday.

Tax deductions? Right so it is ok for charities to recieve tax breaks but it is not ok for Christian Churches who do numerous charity works tax breaks?.......I see now......

Very well may be. A genetic scientist, behavioral scientist, and probably a psychologist, sociologist, and biologist, would be a good starting point. If one had the inclination to ask, and probe a little to begin to understand. But with any work on learning, it would probably start with the reading of many books. Some may even be contradictory, so it would be hard work to go from no knowledge to being knowledgeable, but it can be done.

We just keep batting down the same arguments paraded again again. Your arguments are all logical fallacies which have been refuted for hundreds of years. I can't find it please help.  This is just another case of how you atheist throw out wild accusations with no proof at all and then run away from it. At least equivocation is a somewhat difficult word and I can understand why Rostos fails to use it correctly...but coward? HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW WHAT THE WORD COWARD MEANS? Please tell me what the example of our cowardice is and WHY it demonstrates cowardice? I'd love to know. Oh and Matt has given exactly 0 pieces of evidence (although I respect his efforts) because it is all based on assumptions, not on fact, when, as I've said repeatedly, everything we say is based on fact, unless clearly designated as opinion.

Do not mention repenting here because how does it apply? If I went to the store and bought groceries, should I repent? You would answer: of course not, that's not a sin. The purpose of that mundane example is to establish that you do not have to repent for things you do that are not sins.

Therefore (CAUTION: DEDUCTIVE LOGIC ALERT)

If an act requires repenting, it is a sin.
God does not like sinful acts.
If the act of homosexuality requires repenting, it is a sin.
God does not like sinful acts.
Therefore, god does not like homosexuality.

Alternatively

If the act of homosexuality does not require repenting, it is not a sin.
God has no problem with non-sinful acts.
Therefore, god has no problem with homosexuality.

So, which one of these logically sound and valid statements is true?
