simple rules for tipping from a old casino dog.  for cocktail waitresses:

1.  the BIGGER the ASSSZ  the bigger the $tip$

2.  the BIGGER the BREASTES the bigger the $ tip $

3.  everybody gets at least a buck ,1$ min.

for waiters:

1. the queerer the lad the bigger the $ tip. they tend to be yr best servers m/or f.  .imo. 

2.  most all get at min. 15%. very very rare i stiff 'em/short em,but i tell them as i pay the bill. fyi.

for Waitress's  see  tipping Cocktail gals.  Hope this helps.

.Promark....promark....promark....no no......she was not embarrassed.....she was scared you would make a bigger scene and threaten her job.  I'm sure you were losing and that 45cents you gave her could have been a few more seconds playing slots.....never the less...........very funny story!!!......that you admited to giving a 45 cent tip and ran her down to correct her that it wasn't 20 cents is halirous.........I think your right that at least you gave something and I will give you that......nevertheless, try and tip more in Vegas to help increase the luck and just be a little more aware of how much money your losing.  Part of of being a good gambler in vegas is trying to be under control......when I play black jack I often lose but I always tip the black jack dealor on my way out as a loser to be classy......Also, the waitresses at the Wynn are some of the highest paid and probably felt sorry for you and don't need your 45 cent tips.....he he  :) ......

Promark, You are either a little dim witted or just plain stubborn, by refusing to admit that you don't belong in LV Casinos. In two of your sob stories you reached into your pocket and all you found for both efforts was 45 cents ??? You don't belong in Vegas buddy...you should be pitching pennies in a back alley somewhere with some of your down-on-their-luck pals. Vegas is for people with a steady supply of incoming cash who can afford to lose a bunch of it.

i am going to start stiffing a few dealers just because.   some of these kids think it is a contract that we tip no matter how rude, or in- competent they might be, i will increase my tip& to the good ones and decrease/eliminate,sort of discourage the bad ones. not to save $$$ mind you, im just sick of playing with a ham in the box getting the same tip as a good dealer  that feels better already...plus louis,maybe i recuperate some of that -46% investment i got...    ; 0
