Since I have seen countless people call for Reynolds to be benched, released, he sucks, etc etc
I decided to show all those people a list of players who are performing just as well and worse than Mark Reynolds based on offensive productions/worth. This is more than just solely looking at batting average but looks at every aspect of offensive and how valuable that productions has been thus far in the season.
Mark Reynolds has been worth 0.7 oWAR, so far this year.
Players worth the same amount (Jose Tabata, Shin-Soo Choo, Josh Willingham)
Players who have been worth less:
Marlon Byrd, Johnny Damon, Dan Murphy, Alfonso Soriano, Justin Upton, Chris Young, Brennan Boesch, Jack Cust, Martin Prado, Albert Pujols, Torri Hunter, Aramis Ramirez, Mark Trumbo, JD Drew, Pat Burrell, Carlos Gonzalez, Vlad Guerrero, Derek Jeter, Ryan Ludwick, Luke Scott, Nelson Cruz, Geovany Soto, Freddie Freeman, Ichiro Suzuki, Michael Cuddyer, Brett Gardner, Jayson Heyward, Aaron Hill, Austin Jackson, Carlos Pena, Jason Bay, Gordon Beckham, Brad Hawpe, Raul Ibanez, Kelly Johnson, Nick Markakis

Doesn't Mark Reynolds K the most in the major leagues?
Historically.
This year Adam Dunn, Drew Stubbs, Ryan Howard, Austin Jackson, Dexter Fowler, Peter Bourjos, Kelly Johnson, Josh Willingham, Ryan Rayburn, Rickie Weeks, Jack Cust, and Ian Desmond
Are all on pace to strikeout more.

i really thought your o's would have a good year following last years buck showalter magic... even though theres still 2/3 of a season left, too bad they dont have a healthy roberts or lee... and finally uehara should be closing and not kevin gregg.... his 9th closing implosions just cripple a team for a week. gregg

They missed Hardy for some time and now Lee and Roberts are injured. Scott has started off slow and Markakis is having the worst season of his career so far (he has batted better in May and historically doesn't have great splits for April/May).
They have been without Matusz all season but get him back this week and their bullpen has been abysmal. Koji should be closing and they should probably bring up Hendrickson and get rid of Rapada. Hopefully Berken gets his shit together and pitches like he did last year.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Dan Klein get called up the 2nd half of hte year to help out the pen. I think he can get things done right now at the ML level.
The starting pitching has been pretty good and the offense has been disappointing this far in the year. With the warmer weather they shoudl see better offense.

They are not in terrible shape right now.

i bet reynolds over 30.5 hr's before the season, not looking too great at the moment
He has been hitting more doubles lately. With the warmer, humid air in Bmore he could easily have a 10 HR month and be right back into helping you get to that bet.
Right now it is not looking good, however.

Bmore has a better record than the Jays since Buck took ever last July.
You wont admit that either.
You also wont acknowledge Bmore has been without their best pitcher all season and have been without key players in the lineup yet are still around .500 (right where I said they would be as I said they would be a 77-85 win team this year)

O's have not played well in Oakland the past few years. They had to go out west after sweeping the Royals and did not have their best pitchers going against the A's (Tillman, Bergesen) and Britton finally had a bad outing (that was going to happen sooner or later) and yet they were still in a position to win the first 2 games.
Its tough flying west for a road trip after being home. Just ask the Yankees as they lost 2 of 3 to the Mariners.
The A's are better than they ahve played this year. I still think they have a good chance to take that division with their strong pitching.

I won my "under" bet on the Orioles' season win total last season, but Buck Showalter really gave me a run for my money (they won a lot more @ the end of the season).
I want to like Baltimore, but when they give up 17 runs to the Nationals, in Baltimore, after the Nats have just gone 18 innings without scoring a run, one has to wonder how fucked their pitching is. Arrieta started that game btw, cost me some dough.
