Dylan has so many great ones, its hard to choose just one. If I had to make a top 5 I would have to consider Highway 61 revisited, Freewheelin', and Bringing it all Back Home. A lot of people like Blood On the Tracks and Blonde on Blonde but I think the three I listed are a lot better than those two. If I had to choose one I might go with Bringing It all Back Home, but i'm not sure it would make my top 5. Dylan is just consistently great from album to album more so than establishing just one or two phenominal pieces of work.
