The Celtics have been playing much higher scoring than usual...and have had a lot more OVERS this year so it would seem like a logical choice...but I really think they try and slow the Knicks down and make them win a half court game.

I&#x27;ll be looking into the numbers for the Miami total, i feel it&#x27;s high also. We won&#x27;t see Lebron going off in the 3rd again while the game is already well and truly done just so he could make his stupid point to his former team.

But riddle me this Batman....If the Celtics are the best in the league at FG% (which they are by a WIIDDDEEE margin)...and you add that in with the fact that the Knicks are ranked 24th in the NBA in defensive FG%...How many opportunities will they have to fast break on the C&#x27;s?

Boston Celtics -4

Like I just said up above, the difference in this game will be the fact that the Celtics should be able to get beautiful looks against the Knicks defense. In their 8 game winning streak...2 of those games were against playoff caliber teams. And last time I checked...the Celtics were on a 10 game winning streak were they not? And ATS the only games they LOST in that stretch was against New Jersey (double digit faves) Portland (back to back) and Philly (back to back). This game isn't a double digit favorite...or a back to back.

Prediction: Celtics 102 Knicks 95
Risk: 2.2 units to win 2 units

I woke up a bit early, and after I read the News, I have been reading some threads and most were just manoosha, so I popped over here to see whatsup in the NBA forum, b/c it&#x27;s bout that time of year to start playing hoops. I hadnt even looked at the NBA board yet, and I see Celts/NY are playing and Boston is your pick. If it were a debate you win! Your facts are straight, your reasoning is solid, and IMO your pick is correct. And I am all about logic, reason, and probabilty when it comes to capping games! Nice call on the Tor/Char Under last night CMJ...I was right with my play on the cats, as MJ&#x27;s induction had them fired up in the 2nd half and they showed off some D....under was never in doubt though...
