Cavs won at
Home by 8pts.
Marc Davis:
5-2 SU for
Home Team. Ref'd EXACTLY the same games w/ Dan Crawford.
He has not ref'd any other game w/ any other referee! Sean Wright:
3-2 SU for
Home Team. Ref'd game 5 of Bucks/Bulls series - Bucks won on the
road by 6pts.
Total:
8-4 advantage to
Home TeamThe fact that both Davis has ref'd only games w/ Crawford these playoffs have a record for the home team is all i really need to support my lean on Chicago & go ahead and turn it into a play - perhaps even a big play here. But let's peep their general stats anyway:

Dan Crawford:
Home Team ATS: 29-39-1
Home Team W/L: 42-27
When line is between 0-4.5: 8-6
Marc Davis:
Home Team ATS: 34-42-1
Home Team W/L: 40-37
When line is between 0-4.5: 8-6
Sean Wright:
Home Team ATS: 35-30-2
Home Team W/L: 39-28
When line is between 0-4.5: 11-7

Conclusion/Predictionn:
Chicago all the way here SU & the points. The fact that i had predicted Bulls to win game 6 and then Cavs game 7 these ref stats just make me even more confident. THis is a series that the league MUST push to go the distance and have their game 7 ratings bonanza.
This is what i wrote in that game6 Cavs/Chi series. Same refs for this Game4 Cavs/Atl except replace Write w/ Stafford.
I lost that play and then also lost game1 of the GSW/HOU series w/ these same refs. Golden state did win though, at home, but they failed to cover. So
Crawford and Davis together are
6-3 for the
home team i believe these playoffs.
Stafford is
5-0 for the
Road team.
Seeing as how i lost my last 2 bets w/ these refs taking the home team do i bet Atlanta here? Will this be a Cavs SU win but Hawks cover? I'm more confident that Cavs takes this game and series based offa Dan Crawford record w/ Lebron but uncertain wether they cover the spread.
The average home margin for the home team w/ these refs is 12.5pts w/ 2 blowouts. take away those blow outs it's 6.5pts. When ever the road team wins it's always a blowout. Will Atlanta actually win a game in this series?
Leaning:
CLE -7.5Atlanta are missing a key piece in Thabo, playing w/ Carroll who is not 100% and Korver done - just too much going wrong for them. Perhaps it's time they finally put them out of their misery. They fought hard last game, w/ the help of the officiating of course, they got the calls that game. I think it may be time for Lebron & crew to put this series away and get ready for the NBA finals. Why prolong this any longer. I wonder what the ratings are for this series. It has been a bore fest.
I'll sleep on it and see what a fresh mind will come up with.
