i do think suns role players show up big tonight and book to be clutch down the stretch, but something is wrong with chris paul and it's not just fatigue, he might be going through a midlife crisis or something. fatigue doesn't show up in the first half of every game, especially after he only played so few minutes in game 4. his postgame interview response to losing game 6 was very concerning as well "it's just basketball, it's not like life or anything'.
If Chris Paul is hiding an injury or hiding something in his personal life that is distracting him, well, he's not giving us a chance to factor that in. You might be right about something unknown going on with him. He's gotta be sizzling mad by now after days of getting trashed. He's probably sick of hearing people say that over the last four games he has more turnovers (18) than made baskets (14).

@MrBator I think the Bucks will not play up to their potential & talents due to what happened after the games 6 at home. They'll not bring back another home game in this post season. They'll have a LOW MORAL, MOTIVATION, and hopeless.
It's certainly not a good sign when the hoodlums outside your own arena had a better shooting night than you did.

Nice writeup Bator, I agree and im on the suns -6 big. You mostly already wrote my thoughts on this game. Public perception is at an alltime low on CP3 and the suns. Look, when you have an overwhelming favorite like the suns to make the finals, the way you hedge all the money that will be on them and kill public perception is to extend series. It doesn’t surprise me one bit the suns are in a game 7.
In my news fees throughout the week Ive opened up numerous headlines of “is chris paul washed?” “Heres why luka and the mavs are set up to advance” etc. these kind of things influence public perception tremendously. and its working. Heres how I know its working. One of the most popular sports apps out there are liking mavs at about 60 percent clip. Now im not one to buy into the sites that are paid to put out book percentages. I think its all bullshit. No book would release that info. However this particular apps poll of who will cover the game can be verified due to its chat function. Ive been tracking this all year and the posted polls they put up match up with what the chat mopes say. Im talking the Buffer (put beloved covers poster) types on there. The kind that celebrate there wins after the 1st quarter. This particular audience is liking the Mavs plus the 6 tonight and these public dogs havent hit for them all year.
So adding in the public dog agle plus the Suns being at home in a must win, the better overall team, CP3 on 2 days rest, all home teams have won angle, this game belongs to the Suns. Cp3 gives a big game and they cover.
Your Sarver angle is a great point I hadn’t thought of that. However there is still plenty of times to screw the suns over and I think if they do they’ll maximize it when they have a bigger Suns money handle on the game.

Does the line not concern you? Line opened at -6 and is at -6.5 right now.
I believe the line has opened with the Suns -6 for all four Suns home games in this series. I wasn't expecting anything different. Maybe Game 2 was -6.5.

Does the line not concern you? Line opened at -6 and is at -6.5 right now. ML is pretty low as well -272 at my book considering suns have covered all 3 home games and all 3 have been blowouts.
The moneyline opened -250 and I've seen as high as -310 (Westgate). I like that line move upward considering that amongst the public there are doubts about the Suns right now.

Game 1 was a 7 point win but they were up 21 in the 4th before the garbage points comeback to make it closer than it really was. lots of futures bets tied with the Suns.
Don't I know it!

i have 20k to win 20k on suns/warriors to make wcf. i've put 10k +6.5 and 5k +240. i think suns win but not confident to let it ride with no hedge, i think they win by 3 and hope to middle.
Oh no! Such a beautiful 20k bet and then.....

Books not giving out free money here Will CP37 Choke Go Mavs
the line for every single game in this series has been virtually identical. I wouldnt read too much into this

Zarba, one of the officials tonight, suffers no fools, and Brothers, he is a fool: a complete wildcard! I've been thinking about this for months. We know that ESPN/Disney is out to get Suns owner Robert Sarver, not to mention the NBA itself might want him gone. ESPN came out with a major hit piece before the season began alleging that Sarver had been accused by many team employees of racism and sexism and perhaps other terrible isms. That investigation is supposedly still going? I've been thinking that the NBA would surely prefer to avoid the sight of its alien commissioner Adam Silver handing over the Larry O'Brien trophy to such an awful, awful wealthy white man like Sarver who I'll bet doesn't even fully respect people's preferred pronouns!
Thanks for responding, point by point. This is probably the scariest angle for Suns backers. They have to take the game out of the officials’ hands to prevent any funny business at the end.

I have the Suns on the winning end of 5 ML Parlays plus I have them -3.5 Half and -6 Game. The Suns have been money at home and I think they are the best team in the NBA by far with they will have to prove tonight.

I enjoy Monty Williams - like his life story...used to play him in HS. I saw the mavs get smoked here by the Wiz a few months ago. If their is a let down- it's from the mavs imho
They got outscored 59-45 in the second half of that game, and they were playing after being off for three days! They let the Wizards shoot 58% in that game.

So the Mavs don't care if they lose? Satisfied just playing a game 7? I don't think so. Suns played in the Finals last year, they know what they have to do. It's just business

Cp3 is washed. He went from al bundy to the looney tunes frog, singing and dancing all regular season, getting everyone to bet on him then just..ribbit, robbing the suns backers. Game 3 on his birthday, thought for sure he would sing and dance 25 pts 10 ast, and he just croaked. Don't know how you can have any faith in this guy or this team right now. Dominate teams don't play 7 game series in the second round. Always assume suns would win in 5 or 6, know I doubt they win.

Suns are supposed to dominate and go to the finals, problem is this year they aren't playing injured teams. They thought they would roll the mavs. If mavs lose they will be upset, but their season would still be a success. Suns losing here would be a huge dissapointment. They could come out tight here.
