Assuming the spread is under 3 either way... 

Do you take the better team at home to cover less than a field goal?

Or do you take the worse team on the road because you believe that much in the situation?

It would be hard for me to take this Pittsburgh team on the road without getting points against anyone.


One other point about the situation for the Jets. Beating Atlanta on the road in Primetime is a big win for them, absolutely. But it's still an NFC team they have no rivalry against. This isn't New England.

However, the Jets DO play New England one week after the Steelers game. So it could be a lookahead situation there. 

And another thing: while the majority of both teams are gone, the Steelers knocked the Jets out in the AFC Championship game just three seasons ago. Probably too many players are gone from the Jets to care, but those that are still around (Rex, Brick, Mangold, Harris, Cro, etc) will want revenge.

i jumped on the JETS + 3 before the Atlanta game its was a gift  Pitts can't win a game , .  i also had the Jets against Atlanta thought that was a gift too

surprised that no one has mentioned Lebeau's 16-2 record vs rookie qbs.. of course the fact that his def does not have 1 takeaway yet this season doesn't bode well but the pit def is nowhere near as shitty as the toothless atl def

 Lebeau vs Rookies lol  what years  were they compiled from , it means nothing , also today's  QB'S out of College are not yester years Rookie QBs ,  now they all have instant success . also the Steelers defense is almost as old as person Lebeau

thank you for the enlightenment, I didn't realize that the words college and rookie required capitalization.. you are correct, the record means nothing right up until the end of the 4th quarter when Lebeau's record increases to 17-2 vs rookie qbs, but you will be able to take solace in the fact that your Nyj bet lost with the best # available at +3

2 evenly matched teams, 1 coming off big road upset on the bright lights of mon night with whole country watching, 1 coming off a bye following their 4th loss in a foreign country, the flight back from London is very long, even longer for a winless veteran team that has playoff expectations

the turnover battle will decide the victor in this game and Nyj's lack of discipline and multiple penalties will not help them one bit.. I have a feeling that #43 will be responsible for getting Pit their first takeaway this Sunday.. Geno protected the pigskin against Atl, but I think he returns to his previous form of giving

I'm a Steelers fan, and no way am I putting my money on my team with  matchup as bad as this for the Steelers.

The Steelers o-line vs one of the best front 7s in the game? one that ran over the Falcons on the road last night.

The Steelers defense is also a shadow of what it is, they struggled with tackling badly vs Minny, they don't pressure the QB, they don't create turnovers...conversely they're always turning the ball over. That's a bad mix vs a tough defense.

As someone else said people can't let go of these teams like ATL, NYG, Steelers and NE who were all NFL elite for years, and are all now going downhill, their runs are over and I don't care that NE is 3-1 either, they're not good.

maybe you should actually look into how the titans scored all those points.

& maybe do some homework on the performance of each teams lines.

Big niner do some of your own research before you spew bs on the forums. Easy with your desperation call on steelers bc that shyt doesn't exist as we saw last night. Also since you love stats the jets have the second ranked defense in the nfl and second best rush defense so I don't think there too worried about that. 

I'm not leaning towards a certain team yet but your just like the rest of the guys on covers who were 100% certain falcons would cover 10 forget about the ml. No one knows what is going to happen for sure so stop acting like you have a crystal ball

Enlighten me Josh...while you're at it, enlighten me how the falcons managed to score 28 points with absolutely ZERO run game, and some turnovers to boot. I won't even mention that it could've easily been 35 with some average clock management.
