 That just makes it harder for him to win a Superbowl. I think only 2 Heisman winners have won Superbowl. 

Just bumping this.  LJ had a good year.  He signed a huge guaranteed contract, without an agent, with the only team that wanted him, apparently. He stayed healthy.  He won 13 games.  He won another division title. He got another playoff win.  And for the first time in his career, he made it to the conference championship game.  And he might win another MVP award. 

But, when it came time to lead his team to a victory in crunch time, he just couldn't get it done, AGAIN.  You can blame it on the coaches, play calling, other players, etc..., but ultimately, he didn't lead his team to a championship or a Superbowl.  So, another year goes by, and the great LJ finds himself with a 2-4 career playoff record and no championships.  And BTW, his 2 career playoff wins came against rookie CJ Stroud and the unexpected Texans, and Ryan Tannehill and the TItans.

Another MVP for LJ.  And another year for him to watch the SB from his house.  Seriously, why give out these awards before the season is complete?

Just bumping this again.  Another good year for LJ and the Ravens, but nothing great.  He still just can't get it done when it really counts.  His playoff record now stands at 3-5 and he has yet to win a conference championship.  My prediction for next year - both Henry and LJ get hurt and BAL squeaks into the playoffs, where they lose in the WC round.

Super Bowl appearance.  And then again in either 2028 or 2029. Two rings in the next 5 years and then what will you say? When he eventually wins a ring what will yall say? I really am intrigued to know.

I saw so many “Derrick Henry is on the mission not Lamar.” You guys were already starting the excuses because you idiots are finally starting to see how great he is but your disdain for black QBs won’t allow you admit his greatness. The problem with LJ has nothing to do with race.  It has everything to do with LJ's complete lack of leadership ability.  He's not a leader.  He doesn't know how to lead men.  He doesn't know how to command a locker room.  He doesn't know how to put a team on his back and carry them to the win when it counts the most.  He doesn't have the ability to make the guys around him better.  He doesn't have the leadership skills and tools to lead a team to a championship win.  All the greats have those skills.  LJ doesn't.  And so, yet again, BAL gets a 10+ win season and nothing to show for it.

I am going to be honest with you. I disagree with literally every single thing you said.  I have absolutely zero doubt that he will win a Super Bowl…and it won’t be just one.  I promise you that.

Thats the point. MVPs rarely win superbowls.  I’d love for someone else to win it. 3 is enough. He needs to slow down in the regular season and save some of it for the playoffs

Since you keep bringing race into the discussion, let's talk about the NFC Championship game this weekend, featuring 2 black QBs.  Both of them are more intelligent and bring more leadership skills to the table than LJ, by far - It's not even close.  They both know how to lead.  They both know how to command a locker room. They both have demonstrated an ability to win games when it counts.  Unlike LJ, they make the players around them better. They both have much more upside than LJ.  Hurts has been to the SB and Daniels is a rookie with almost as many playoff wins as LJ.  If I'm building a team right now, I'm picking Hurts and Daniels over LJ, without a doubt.

Think it's more than just Lamar.

Combination of things why Ravens still aren't getting it done in the playoffs. I would look at the coaching first and foremost. Some questionable play calling putting the team in tight spots when it shouldn't be. Has been going on before Lamar took over.

Lamar playing better in his last 4 playoff games compared to his first 4. Took accountability for the loss. Didnt look like he was yelling at his teammates or looking frustrated during the game like past playoffs games. Sign that he is maturing as a player and leader. Just needs to work on not forcing the turnover still a bit of an issue for him. 7 touchdowns to 2 INTs and 2 fumbles lost last 4 playoff games , compared to 3 TDs, 5 INTs and 2 fumbles in his first 5 playoffs

It is front office shit too. This is a Baltimore trademark. They truly think they are smarter than everyone else. Why the fuck would you think that Tredavious White was going to help you when Sean Mcvay didn’t want him. Do you think you are smarter than the Rams? Who won a SB a lot more recent than you have. It is front office related. Lamar can only carry them so far. They need to spend money and give up some of their draft capital for instant production.  Thats how you help a team in the mix and on the verge. Not pick up old players that good teams didn’t want. Baltimore orioles are the same way they don’t want to spend. Just do the Billy Beane way like every other team doesn’t have the same info you have.

Was Lamar crying to the refs when they called Stanley off the ball 10 or so times in the opener of the season? Mahomes certainly would have. 

Lamar also never begs the refs for a flag.  Gayboy Mahomie though always does. And that’s who you say is the best. 

Lamar Jackson is Mr. October... Probably will have as many playoff wins as MVPs shortly. That shiftiness that he so much depends on is going to diminish as time goes on. 

If he was gonna do it, he would've did it by now... Joe Burrow hurt last year, this year done in by pathetic defense, eventually they figure it out and close the gap with the Ravens. If Pittsburgh ever figures our the qb position, they'll gain on them as well. Ravens had 2 great chances, KC is vulnerable and Buffalo won due to lack of mistakes last week. Mahomes runs circles around Lamar, way smarter and talented. 3 SBs and 7 consecutive AFC Championship games, say what you want about him.
