So a rich guy that wanted to get richer AND keep his money is now considered a scumbag?
If that was me I would do the everything I could to get as much money as I could and so would everyone else. Stop lying to yourself.
What else is wrong with Romney? What could he possibly do wrong to make Obama look like the savior? Ruin the economy? Get us further into debt? Lie about getting our troops home? Lie about his origins? Use his race as the major reason he bacame president? Oh, wait.....Obama already did all of those things......
Completely agree with you Train. It's funny how people can put Romney's character down based on what they hear from the DNC.
Who better to get our economy back on track than someone who has success in the private sector. As opposed to Obama who had no success in the private sector or as the president of the United States

I actually agree with train with regards to Obama but disagree with u in regards to Romney. Romney's success will not necessarily translate to success in helping an entire country's economy, also it is hard for people (esp middle class) to trust someone whos main contributors are Goldman Sach and Morgan.

Wowwwwww, reading this thread is making me laugh. It doesnt matter what party you are, ALL POLITICIANS are FULL OF SH@!. These guys cannot answer a question straight up. They both was asked about gas prices, neither would answer the question. You know why, because they dont have the answer. Anyone that thinks one man, ONE MAN runs this world needs to wake up. These debates are just selling people a dream, 1st off, 4 years is not enough time to do anything. Hell you spend 2 years preparing to run for office again. I dont know about you guys, yea all that stuff sounds good about the future, but what about these damn gas prices now, LOL

I agree Romneys private sector success doesnt mean it will translate well as the Pres , but I'm willing to give it a shot. What do we really have to lose at this point? I want someone that has actually been in the "real" world and made things happen, not someone that just went to school and can talk a good game.....

If O wins you may make a little money, but if its US dollars it won't be worth a crap if the big O keeps printing money. An Obama win means the US will be just like Greece in two years, bankrupt and falling apart. He won't win my state.

Romney Has released his taxes and it shows he give almost 33% of his yearly earning to charitys.... I dont know why the Democrats paint him as the rich snob. ALSO by giving a tax break to the top 2% (mostly big business) it boost the economy becuase they stay here instead of outsourcing to other countries BUT the Obama campaign is brilliant at spinning things. They take advantage of the stupidity of people and claim by romney cutting taxes for the top 2% he only cares about the rich.

Romney is the biggest POS to run in a long time. The scumbag has 10 funds earning him dividends to his cayman accounts from Chinese firms that even just today shut down yet another plant here in the US and shipped the jobs overseas. You dont have to like Obama, but how can anyone vote for Romney is beyond me....I wont even discuss his plans that make W Bush look like Isaac Newton in comparison
As an independent,
So let’s see if I understand this correctly ...Romney is a POS because he's successfully wealthy, offshore accounts, and while working at Bain Capital saved companies from going into bankruptcy.Newsflash: success in this country should be celebrated not demonized, earned income on capital gains current tax rate is 15%, and the last time I checked President Obama, majority of public sector including fire fighters, policy, teachers, and probably your family members have public pension funds that have a diversified foreign investment portfolio that includes China. So being from "California" you should know California Public Employees Retirement System, or CalPERS, recently announced a $530 million investment in two real estate funds that target China.
Oh btw Bain Capital successes Clear Channel, Domino’s Pizza, Burger King, Sealy Corporation, Dunkin’ Donuts, Gymboree, Toys R Us, RJR Nabisco, Michael’s Craft Store, Burlington Coat Factory and Staples were among the companies supported or shored up by Bain: Familiar names to all of us who shop. Many more Bain companies were preserved (and/or strengthened) without taxpayer dollars.
Try again buddy…please go back to talking about the phony war on women, Big Bird, free contraceptives, binders, and giving away free shit…just leave the economy to the businessmen.

I hope for my kids sake you lose your bet. 6 trillion in debt in 4 years and a valueless dollar and inflation. I am scared for the US and the world economy.

What is the minimum years to get things to where it's supposed to? If that was the case, shouldn't one term be more than 4 years? Whatever is supposed to be moving us "Forward" is sure taking a lot longer than we expected

I don't know what's more frightening....4 more years of an incompetent child running our country, or the number of people that actually buy into his bullshit.
Tedlee - Romney's at +170...move your 10k and thank me later.

For the country's sake, you best hope Obama doesn't get elected for another 4 years. For those you have children, I'm puzzled why anyone would vote for this man.
However, hats off the main stream media, in your lifetime you have witnessed them literally create a "rock star" in the last election. Alas, we now know there wasn't anything there but a bunch of teleprompters and rhetoric.
Sad for him, don't be...he'll be making millions on the public speaking tour, he'll be just fine. Actually, now that I think about, he'll be the 1%, he'll be the "fat-cat" he demagogues.

I assume you are paying taxes on your gambling winnings?
If not, I don't think you have any leg to stand on calling someone else a scumbag.
