As for the other nonsense you want to tell yourself, I'll share.  As a first time homeowner I got caught in the 08 collapse and lost my house, retirement, and 7 years of credit history to receive capped compensation of $800 and $3000 after it all came to light. 

Since rebuilt everything and came out a better person but definitely not with the belief structure you ascribe for me.

I'd be curious why information going back to 2013 was only filed in the last week of Biden's administration (January 14th, 2025)

Go read up on all the lawsuits against big corporations that were dropped as soon as trump got in office.  Trump getting rid of consumer agency that helps to protect all of us from these big corporations and con artists that try to steal our money.  We can go back and forth on this but we see things differently. Trump was supposedly elected to help the regular people in the country and all i have seen this criminal con artist do in his 30 days in office is help the rich.  He hasnt done anything to make regular folks lives better, but he sure has helped rich peoples lives become better.  If you cant see this, then thats your opinion.

Rocket Mortgage 35 page complaint is located at the bottom.  Essentially it looks like a steering and kick back program for brokers with the troubling aspect appearing to be the threat of denial if loan shopping.

I guess, looks a bit thin.  Especially given that kick backs and steering is somewhat normal (tire company's readily come to mine).

Far more troubling for my liking is the "escalation clause" in NY.  Personal experience with the administering my parents estate.  House listed for 450k but offers are escalated against each other to this case 575k.  The process was wild and personally troubling to me was the realtor advising the cash offer was better than the equal financed offer....but my two cents on that.

OK so a few things I've learned here on covers.

While appointed by the President, the SEC is independent.  Further the confirmation hearings democrats ensured as much via direct questions so to borrow a phrase "there's no evidence this comes at the behest of Trump"

Secondly, it's paused for 60 days as requested by both sides.  I have not read the 180 page filings but will.  Ultimately we'll need to revisit in 30 days.

Finally i thought crypto was a bubble so who cares they're going to lose it all before 60 days because Trump's inflation is going to nuke the economy.

I personally have bought 6 months worth of my patriot supply which I heard about on Hannity
