It was super random, and super funny to me. And I remember being like, "Oh shit, I've gotta read some of these threads to see what's been popping off!" but I never did. So now I laugh about that shit all the time but without any context. And I really don't want to encourage having those threads bumped. That shit needs to stay buried but I have to wonder sometimes, "Did that shit even happen?" Or am I just exaggerating the whole thing to amuse myself at Darnell's expense?

Yesterday was very much a treading water day. I was conservative in my plays. Fridays are typically conservative during the regular season as there is limited action, and so many resources are allocated for Saturday that Intend to try to play small and profit. Needed Drake to corner the first half to sweep my board, fam but Murray came to play. The Racers have had a down season by their standards but they showed what the program is about and showed up last night. This is one of my main conferences and I have won a ton on both of those teams over the years. I was just happy to see them both play a spirited game and I will gladly eat that loss.
My two team parlay had a push (Should've been a win. The Bradley spread went up a full point from when I played them straight, got dressed, and drove to the gym) Rather than mark my record 3-1 or 2-1-1, I rolled the winning Asheville leg into my original Asheville wager, and called it 2-1.

And I've scaled down things even more for this thread but I basically try to build a positive stack throughout the week in preparation for Saturday. I focus on specific conferences and teams, some of which I have been focusing my action on for about a decade. I then look for those teams in good spots. So if you pay attention, you'll see I often play the same teams over and over again. The Jackrabbits, for example. The Summit is one of my main conferences and the Jackrabbits are one of my flagship squads. I haven't even had a chance to cap that game yet but locked in a play to be safe. That play could very well increase.

I figured it had to be the southeast. My parents are in the Houston area and I think it was in the 80s there. It was like 35 at my house at the point when you said it was 90.
It doesn't, or rarely does it, get New York cold where I'm at in Oregon. It gets stupidly cold in some places on the other side of the mountains but the rain shadow limits precipitation in those places so it's not constantly snowing.
Usually when an unranked team is giving points to a ranked team, the oddsmakers are telling the public, "Look,you may think this other team, the ranked team, is better but they are not." Usually these are either conference match ups where play is expected to be competitive and location factors, or a non conference match where a team has built up a ranking in a less competitive conference facing a good non-ranked opponent from a more competitive conference,often times on their home court or a neutral site.
Exhaustion is setting in for Mercer. I knew there was a chance that Furman could come out flat and Mercer would be the warmer team having played yesterday. I should have noted this when setting the play but I'm on the West Coast, this was an early game. I was trying to get the play in. Again, I play first halves to give me a reference point as to what I want to do in the second half, or live. This is a perfect example of one of those games where after missing on a 1h, one would look to a 2h or a live wager. Furman is hands down the better team. They came out cold and met a ward team of a win the day before. Now playing yesterday is working against Mercer. Fatigue is setting in and Furman is pulling away.

They are still one of it's top teams but Oral Roberts, who was a doormat when I first started following this conference,is top dog now. The Jackrabbits started the season slow but have played into form. They know they aren't getting an at large. They want a rematch with Oral Roberts for the Championship. It starts here. I like them in this spot of a loss. They did have the bye much like Furman above so that could factor into the 1h.
