My family runs a business that deals with a vast range of employers...we are in the people business in helping all ranges of people find employment....we offer HR, Payroll, Benefits and Work Comp support to thousands of employers around the country....you could not be further off on your assessment of employers....I can tell you that me and my family are the only white people that work directly in our office and we are definitely in the minority...I wil add that the only discrimnation I have ever heard in the 20 years I have worked their and dealt with our clients is towards the Hispanics....and it was not negative towards them, but the fact that they only wanted to hire them because of the language barrier of speaking Spanish....
We are one of the largest employers in our area and myself and our company have never experienced any of what you say and hiring is what we do for a living....Our familly has been helping others find work and assisting employers with administrative support for nearly 25 years and if we haven't experienced what you are saying than it's tough to see your point at all really....we work with both blue and white collar companies and the fact that you are of this opinion is disturbing....I can tell you that Staffing companies have their finger on the pulse of the workforce, as according to the American Staffing Association about 90% of comapanies in the US use Staffing companies of some sort or at some point or another....That's a high number so if you think I'm spewing bullshit to support my point I'm not...
I do know what I am talking about here and I get annual statistics on the hiring numbers myself and I prepare our annual EEOC reports and what your opinion could not be further from the truth....you need to stop with this shit....you are either very ignorant or intentionally trying to stir shit up on here with your comments, but I can assure you that you are not accurate in any of your points about the hiring of black people....and this is coming from someone who knows the truth.....and I can tell you what the difference is with race and how they work or apply themselves while working.....there is some differences, but it really does depend on the caliber of the individual...I have trained thousands of people to do a vast majority of jobs so you need to quit already with this .......Seriously dude, just stop it!
