Even the FOX NEWS poll gets it right!

But republicans in congress just won't.

Common sense gun safety laws work in California which has a 37% lower gun death rate than the national average according to Center for disease control.  Since early 1990s, California cut its gun death rate in half which is 4 times the decrease in the rest of the US.  Worldwide, overwhelming evidences show gun control is the most cost effective way to reduce gun violence.

The rate of per capita gun violence and gun-related deaths from mass shootings, is astronomical compared to the mean average from all other nations on the planet.

'Mean average'?  Define that for me. 

Raw numbers don't reveal everything.  Missing context is that California has the largest population with the second largest number of guns.  Compared to other states, California mass shooting homicide rate is lower than the national average according to Gun violence archives.  Californians are 25% less likely to die from mass shootings.  Since mass shootings comprise about 3% of all gun homicides, gun death rate is statistically more significant.  If the rest of the US has California gun death rate, thousands of Americans would still be alive.

Raw numbers reveal a lot.  They do not have more than twice as many folks.  They also do not have twice as many guns per capita as the next states do.

I like the way they always commingle suicide by gun as a "gun death" rather than just murder by gun. If ya going to kill yourself your will find a way even without a gun.
