The median sale price of a home in Myrtle Beach was $325K last month, up 10.6% since last year. The median sale price per square foot in Myrtle Beach is $264, up 3.1% since last year.
In May 2023, Myrtle Beach home prices were up 10.6% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $325K. On average, homes in Myrtle Beach sell after 66 days on the market compared to 50 days last year.

Whereas Trump defies congress by threatening to withhold military aid unless Ukraine could find dirt on the Bidens. No evidence of wrongdoing by the Bidens. Nonpartisan government accountability office concludes that Trump broke federal law.
