I know someone who has it and wasn't even exhibiting a fever. The loss of taste and smell is what lead them to be tested. They are not hospitalized though. I know several people who have had it and recovered. I know of one person that has died from it, early on in the outbreak, but we weren't acquainted. Relative of a friend.

two of the three children I have came down with it . my son stated it was a 17 day train wreck. My daughter is still sick although appears to be getting over the worst of it.

My nephew had it last fall and apparently is was hell. 17, high-kevel high school athlete, and it was still a fight. Took a couple months to get fully healthy. Derailed his senior season. Back then the doctors weren't even sure what it was. They just kept telling him he had some kind of virus that they had never seen.
