Does anybody believe for one second that the scumbag DC Dems would wait until the election is over before filling the seat if the roles were reversed?  The same Dems that spied on an incoming opposition party, pushed a false Russian collusion narrative, pushed through a "somber" impeachment and worked with the MSM to push a 24/7 negative (and often dishonest) news cycle?  The Republicans dont owe them shit at this point.  

I asked a few of my lib friends if they thought Biden would step down if he got elected and let Harris take over, most of them said yes.  I asked how they felt about that, they said they were ok with it because its still better than Trump.  So the ppl that have cried the last 4 years about Trump undermining our democracy (even though they can never specify what he is doing to undermine it) are ok with LITERALLY undermining our democracy as long as it helps their party.  The people didnt vote for Harris or she would have been the nominee, yet the left is ok with subverting the will of the people as long as orange bad man is out of office.  Talk about hypocrisy.

Just a comparison, I asked my Trump supporting friend Mitch if he would care if Trump killed a peaceful protestor and he said no., Therefore, I cannot believe you would support Trump killing a peaceful protestor.

Glad I could help get your sense of humor back DJ, u seem like such a stiff, but im sure you are a real hit at parties.  Ive seen this over and over on Twitter also, so yes its a bit anecdotal but there definitely seems to be this shared attitude of "get orange man out at any cost".  When the Democrats cant win they just try to change the rules (lower the voting age, eliminate the EC, expand the SC, vote by mail).  So anyway back to my original question, do you think for a second that Democrats would wait until after the election to fill the seat?

Well why didn't you say so. If I had known that in addition to your few liberal friends, some unknown person on twitter thinks Biden will step down and let Harris take over, I never would have commented on your logical fallacy (it is actually numbers 3-15 of logical fallacies, see below). 

I have answered this before. I don't fault Trump for appointing a Justice. In fact, I have said I believe he is required to do so. My point has always been that no Republican who argued that they needed to wait until the 2016 election to replace Scalia can support the appointment now without being labelled a hypocrite. I realize that doesn't bother you which is fine.

I guess I just don't understand what "moderators" are supposed to do. Covers employees seem to be guilty of behaviors that require moderating. Maybe they just need more moderators? 2020 is so confusing.

It appears I am wrong about that. Sen. Mitt Romney is backing the nomination of RGB seat replacement before the election. 6:3 conservative SCOTUS majority will likely materialize before Nov. election.

one, he can claim a victory of sorts

and two by stacking the bench before the election then he will probably get a favorable ruling after the election when he contests bidens victory !

dems know this .  so they can and should tell mcconnell they refuse to fund the government extension due at the end of sept and they will refuse to negotiate a new stimulus deal if the gop ram thru a confirmation before the results r known  and it is indisputable by any lawsuits .

Yeah but first thing first, let's see if Dems could sweep the Nov. election. 12 justices probably won't cut it, Dems need the tie breaker, increase SCOTUS to 13 justices if Dems should sweep. 7-6 will break the tie.
