I had the pleasure of meeting RBG in 2003. Gracious and confident, she spoke with a soft and wise voice. She brought the idea that a feminist did not have to shun elegance nor try to showcase it. 

As for replacing her, there is no legal argument distinguishing this situation from that of Garland (which I supported waiting until after the election). 

We must wait to see if those republicans who made that argument were not just being prejudice or are they of principles. 

Those asked for.leniency and was given time for an election results. Now can they allow the election the same?

Now, perhaps you can explain the difference between 2016 and today for filling the seat. 

Trump has a constitutional duty to nominate the next Supreme Court justice. His term of office runs from January of 16 through January of 20.

He was elected to fulfill his constitutional duties during that timeframe. Nominate the next justice and send it to the Senate judiciary committee.

I see you skirted the question, can you answer his question? I dont think he asked if Trump has an obligation to blah blah blah, he asked what is the difference in now and 2016?
