Climate chamge has very little to do with Co2 emissions.
It has to do with changes in the Earth's orbit and rotation that cause the Earth's climate to change over hundreds of thousands of years.

Current global warming cannot be explained by orbital changes of Earth. In the last 10,000 years, decreasing solar radiation is reaching the Earth. This should result in cooling and not warming. Also climate change is too rapid for slow orbital changes occurring over thousands of years. Only the greenhouse effect can explain current global warming. Empirical evidence of carbon dioxide from spectroscopy measuring spectrum of greenhouse radiation.

Fossil fuel generation in the EU could plummet by 20% in 2023, according to a new report.
Wind and solar power generated a record 22.3% of the European Union's electricity in 2022, topping the amount generated from gas (19.9%) for the first time, according to a report released Tuesday.
The EU has been pursuing an aggressive transition away from gas and coal (which generated 15.5% of the trading bloc's electricity last year) in order to meet pledges to reduce greenhouse gas emissions causing climate change.
The bloc has also been diversifying its energy sources in the wake of Russian oil and gas cuts stemming from Moscow's invasion of Ukraine that have caused prices to soar.

Fox News is rapidly escalating its anti-offshore wind campaign
Over the past several days Fox networks have aired numerous segments insinuating that the recent deaths of whales across New York and New Jersey beaches are "supposedly"due to the development of offshore wind turbines.
There is no evidence to back up those claims.
Most dead whales are found along coasts with no wind farms. 40% of whale deaths are caused by ship strikes. For years, Fox news has been a major source of climate change misinformation according to Climate feedback network of scientists.
That figures. Pretty much anything to denounce alternatives to conservatives love for pollution resulting from big oil.
Your post is terribly misleading. Not the development of offshore wind turbines rather the use of heavy sonar for surveys by wind farm developers. The whale deaths have been increasing since 2016 and oh look, same year sonar surveys began. CNN's headline of "It's not wind farm projects, experts say" is also very misleading as they quote "experts" saying they see no evidence to support a connection, they don't say no, its not the sonar. Seeing no evidence doesn't mean there isn't any.

The statement contains an element of truth, in that the deaths coincide with preparation work for wind farms. But there is no evidence so far that the work caused the deaths.

Sonar isn't loud enough to endanger whales. The main causes of deaths remain whales being struck by ships or becoming entangled in fishing nets.
In 2020, the Legislative Analyst’s Office, the nonpartisan fiscal and policy adviser to the California Legislature, issued a report stating that under a scenario of continued high greenhouse gas emissions, San Francisco could see as much as 7 feet of sea level rise by 2100.
Question is what to do about it...
In San Francisco, tide marshes are restored to reduce the impact of storm surges and erosion. There are various ways to adapt to sea level rise. Flood barriers such as seawall or beach to protect property, Build more parks to absorb water. Relocate buildings inland. Elevate homes and roads. Restrict new construction in risky areas. Upgrade sewer system. Install storm water pumps.
What you do is stop listening to The Legislative Analyst's Office as most leading scientists predict no more than 16 inches increase in the next hundred years. NASA has the ice melting at about 9% per decade. In fact if you actually think for yourself, a novel concept I know, you can see that the sea level has risen 75 milimeters (3 inches) from 1900-1950. Then from 1950-2000 we see about an 70 milimeter rise and then from 2000-2019 there is about a 55 milimeter increase similar to the 1940-1960 increase of 50 milimeters.

To say 7 feet is ridiculous and those saying so need to stop the misinformation.
Interesting when looking at NASA's carbon dioxide levels by thousands of years graph. Now why don't they just overlay the carbon levels since 1900 with the sea levels since 1900? Because it would not fit a narative. Looks like from 1900 to about 1925 carbon levels were still on a drop cycle and sea levels were steadly rising as were global temps. Then they blame dams for sea levels that remained mostly steady from the 1950's to 1990. In the same breath they compare todays increases to those years dams influence sea level rise. And notice global temperatures corolate with sea level very nicely, especially from 1950 to 1990. And of course absolutely no data on ice sheets from 1900-1960 and the same with ocean temps. With this data one could argue that dams caused the earth to cool and delayed global temps from rising. Too funny.
Anybody with an eye towards actual science and not an agenda can see the manipulation here. There is much to be debated yet debate is not welcomed.
