Re-allocation of any funding is common especially when it is needed to supplement the police force to help communicate with citizens. Police are not being replaced like you suggest. There are some bad apples on any police force so the union needs to retrain, monitor & if necessary get rid of those who continue to be a problem in the community. BTW...when people do not pay their fair share in taxes, they in essence are helping to defund the police & other necessities across the country. As far as we know, Joe/Kamala have been paying their taxes.

You sound like a Democratic politician here on the defunding issue. I'm sure if questioned, we will hear similar words from Biden tonight.

I love how "defund the police" now gets reduced to, "we really meant just re allocating some funding to further help the police".

If I'm not mistaken, you have owned a company, right gamble? And you made budget changes over the years correct? And you made those changes to improve your product or services I would imagine.

So many us complain about our government whether it be federal, state or city. Leaders in government know that their #1 responsibility is to protect their citizens the best way possible & sometimes changes are needed just like in any business.

So as a Mayor I would like to find where my budget is bloated & make the necessary changes. And those changes may include updating technology like cameras for all officers or reducing staff by releasing under performers.

I think this outrage is fake as it's not an issue in most cities.

Good luck trying to convince the uninformed and misinformed.

They think defunding the police effectively means ABOLISHING the police.

Trump was a bully. That wasn't good........BUT.....Biden was a flip flopper once again. Is Biden for the Green New Deal or not? Biden spoke of all of the key points of the Green New Deal which can cost each household and estimated 600K and the USA 50T or more, but then separated himself from the GND saying it will be the Biden deal.

Biden flips and flops and refused to answer questions on the what his goals would be with the Supreme Court.

    Why?

Fubar. I have asked you many times to refrain from using the term Adolf. I have also appealed to the mods.

    Yet, nothing stops you.

Just cut it out. It's not acceptable.

    Agreed!

Witnessed on national television for all to see and confirm.

Trump proved he's a fascist just like adolf

And now the name TRUMP is highly offensive to millions of people around America, as if it wasn't already for the lying TAX FRAUD.  Highly offensive.  And he earned it.

Let me say this. I was disappointed in Trump's bullying tactics and his refusal to condemn white power last night. Trump lost this debate. There is little doubt in my mind about that. Trump blew his opportunity to show the people that he can be better. Having not voted for Trump in 2016, he is losing my vote once again.

That said, the repeated offences by the left here in using the reference to AH is simply deplorable. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for continuing to use this horribly offensive reference. It is not only racist, but it brings to mind the absolute lowest point of the human existence....a time that a few here are willing to associate themselves with freely as a veiled attempt to condemn Trump. As a man that had great grandparents and not so distant family members killed during the Holocaust, I find all of you guilty of absolute racism and hatred in its highest form.

The people running this site should have booted all of you long ago.

The fact that they have not speaks volumes.

Trump has already condemned hate groups, neo nazis and white supremacists on many occasions.  He could denounce them 100 more times and the left still wont be satisfied.  Proud Boys and Patriot Prayer are not white supremacy groups, they are constitutionalist groups that go around and combat the fascist tactics of Antifa.  They are all that stand between you and American hating, commie, basement dwelling angry youths that are hell bent on creating chaos and destroying America.  Yes they have some unsavory people in their ranks just like any group.  Spend a little time on Youtube and try to find any clips of these groups using racial slurs or doing anything remotely racist.   If hate groups show up at their events they denounce them and distance themselves from them.  Its so funny that the people that do zero research and get their facts from CNN think they know everything.  To say "Antifa isnt a group its an ideology" is just plain stupid, Ive seen them in real life, and there are hundreds of hours of footage on YouTube of these Anarchists that fly the Antifa flag.

So why did fat Donnie specifically mention the Proud Boys when asked to denounce White Supremacist Groups? sleep2

    Hmmm.

Why was he not ready to denounce the KKK and Neo Nazi groups during a national presidential debate?? If he has done it 100 times already, why would 1 more time be such a big deal?

It sure makes you wonder, doesnt it? an_light

For those in this thread that continually have reported other users, an_blowhorn STOP.

You are all engaging in tick for tat. You are all using terms that the others may find offensive but that are not offensible by the rules of the site.

The user report button is not a bat phone to call in someone who disagrees with you.

....because Joe Biden mentioned the Proud Boys. "Fat Donnie" said, "Give me a name, i'll condemn them." Joe Biden responded, "The Proud Boys."

For the record, the Proud Boys are not a neo-nazi organization. They aren't white supremacist. They aren't a hate group.

That is not my point. Regardless of what Joe Biden said, Fat Donnie knows who the White Supremacist groups are. He didn't need cues from Joe Biden or the moderator to call them out specifically himself, including, the KKK, Neo-Nazi groups etc.

Fat Donnie supporters always claim he is so mentally quick, yet he couldn't name White Supremacist groups himself? Pathetic defense.

Also a quick Google search will show that the Proud Boys are indeed a violent, far-right, hate group. I do not know how some of you are so clueless or try to defend Fat Donnie's nonsense with flat out misinformation. Should not be surprising I guess. sleep2

"That group was the Proud Boys, an all-male gang known for violence at public rallies and a misogynistic, racist philosophy. A right-wing group that sprung up after Donald Trump was elected, it has evolved from pseudo-intellectual hipster origins into a more thuggish, openly extremist group that calls for violence increasingly openly."

"The group has been banned from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, forcing supporters on to less popular networks." The group sounds very tolerant and peaceful. an_roll_laugh

Yet you softies are constantly complaining about BLM. Too funny.

But I am sure they are a non-violent, peaceful organization, preaching tolerance for all. an_roll_laugh

Maybe I should go see if the Proud Boys are a peaceful support group on the Trump War Room Twitter Account or Gateway Pundit. an_roll_laugh

The clueless nature of some of the posters and ghost accounts on here is amazing.
