I had a busy day and missed a lot here. The bottom line is both Biden and Harris are on the record as supporting the reallocation of police funding into community programs. 

No matter what the left argues, the result of that is a decreased police presence in communities which has directly correlated to increased violence and crime in said communities. 

This fact is indisputable.

Re-allocation of any funding is common especially when it is needed to supplement the police force to help communicate with citizens. Police are not being replaced like you suggest. There are some bad apples on any police force so the union needs to retrain, monitor & if necessary get rid of those who continue to be a problem in the community.

BTW...when people do not pay their fair share in taxes, they in essence are helping to defund the police & other necessities across the country. As far as we know, Joe/Kamala have been paying their taxes.
