That's the point.  It is a crime regardless whether one is convicted or not.

This applies to the president. He might not be brought up on charges, and may not be convicted, but a crime is still a crime.  And the one who commits a crime - even if not convicted - is indeed a criminal.

An unindicted/unconvicted criminal perhaps - but still a criminal.

Interesting though, we have seen left wingers shoot and kill a right winger in Portland, we've seen them shoot eachother in several protests including the CHOP/CHAZ.  There is footage of "RAZ" the leader in the chop handing out "military style weapons".  Read about Garret Foster who got shot weilding his "AK-47 style weapon" at a march.  You are clearly uneducated.  But I will still wait for you to provide the evidence about the boogeymen or whatever.
