This guy has defended some infamous people.

I think Moscow Mitch's plan is to get this trial done by February 4th so Trump can crow about his exoneration during the State of the Union. 

If that's the case, the 2018 blue wave will look like a tsunami in 2020.

If Nancy wants to get under Trump's skin again, she can change the date for the SOU.

If I am President Trump. I seriously consider giving the State of the Union at Trump International in DC. I only invite Republican congressmen and Republican senators. I totally leave 'Crazy' Nancy out of the speech along with all Democratic congressmen and senators. Also. I do not allow CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN and MSNBC to broadcast the State of the Union. I give FoxNews exclusive broadcast rights. There is absolutely no reason for any Dem to be present.

I have never stated in this forum that I need our country to come together. The only group of so called Americans that divide the country are from the political Left. 

I believe most Americans would disagree with you. A country divided is exactly what our enemies want. 

Anyway, if Mitch thinks holding this trial late into the night will prevent Americans from following it I believe he is wrong.

Most Americans are not in the position to watch all day long but those who are able, will.

The legal team for the White House just got a lot bigger, Fox News reported Monday.

The network announced Trump has added Representatives Jim Jordan (R-OH), Doug Collins (R-GA), Debbie Lesko (R-AZ), Mark Meadows (R-NC), John Ratcliffe (R-TX), Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and Lee Zeldin (R-NY).

The members of Congress will reportedly be “advisors” to the legal team and will not be speaking on the floor of the Senate..

Evidently  Moe, Larry & Curly weren't available.

Does anyone think a trial can be fair without listening to witnesses or reviewing documents?

Defense counsel Cipollone advised against Trump sitting down with Mueller.

I didn't know that but I think it was a good decision to follow his advice.

Schiff says "most Americans don't believe this will be a fair trial. Let's prove then wrong."

Witnesses have been heard in all previous 15 impeachment trials.
