Cipollone lied in front of the Chief Justice when he said Republications were not allowed in the SCIF during questioning of a witness.

This is a serious issue & his credibility comes into question.

You may not like Schiff but he's good at pleading his case.

Johnathon Turley is not sitting with the defense table because he doesn't support the defense's position. So they had to settle for Dershowitz. 

Schiff just called out Cipollone for lying to the Senate & attacking the House Managers. It's all a distraction & don't want to deal with the issues at hand.

Sekulow asked "why are we here?" Schiff told him because Trump abused his power & extorted an ally.

The most recent witness is pretty damning and very believable but in reality the repubs could have Trump come out and admit the truth, it would not matter. Its pathetic and a slap on the face of this country that morons will look the other way because it suits their political positions. This is not about truth, discovery or the constitution, its only about repubs protecting their jobs and their interests.

Patrick Philbin for the defense keeps quoting Turley but it would have been so much better for Turley to have appeared in person.

No one is asking the Senate to investigate but Philbin keeps stating that as a fact. 

There weer no secret hearings & the defense keeps pushing this bullshit.

The president was allowed to participate in the House hearing but he choose not to.

The House is asking the Senate to do their job because the House has already done their job.

The House used the Republican rules to issue subpoenas. 

There are no witnesses to absolve Trump of the facts. Otherwise they would have been called. 

They just voted to table the amendment straight down party lines to get documents prior to the trial.

They will revisit the amendment later.

Everyone (Pompeo, Perry, Giuliani, Sondland etc) was in the loop regarding Trump's extortion of President Zelensky. The time-line is the record of what & how things transpired.

Trump won't get convicted but he won't get re-elected either if people are paying attention to this hearing.

Over 100 million didn't vote in 2016. That just can't happen again or Trump will win again.
