He's not up on criminal charges or on some case...he's been a respected judge & officer of the court for decades who's been nominated for a seat on the SC...best job & highest goal of his life. If he or anyone in that position knew without question they were totally innocent, they would be much stronger & forthright. Instead, he sounded guilty as hell pleading for & relying on the "fairness" of the American peeps.

And Mark Judge would deinitely be subpoenaed to testify. He is the only other 1 who was alleged to be there.
