If you thought forcing a pregnant woman to get the vaccine or else lose her job and source of health care insurance was acceptable, guess what... your an asshole.

Abortion is a tough issue. I can understand an unwanted child and what life would it have. At what point does a fetus have rights? Tough, volatile issue.

25 years ago, George Carlin the dean of comedians said that  conservatives claim they would do anything for the unborn.  But once the child is born, they are hypocrites who don't care.  So the pro life movement isn't pro life at all.  They are anti-women and believe a woman's primary role is to function as a broodmare for the state.  No matter the law, there would still be abortions.  But illegal abortions are far more dangerous.  Before Roe versus Wade case, illegal abortions lead to thousands of injuries or deaths annually in the US.

My believe has always been a fetus has rights at the point it becomes a fetus rather than an embryo though I also accept that a fetus should have rights at whatever point it becomes capable of sustaining itself. Abortion is a tough, volatile issue. When you get into telling a pregnant woman she has to keep a pregnancy that could potentially harm/kill her, that she has to keep a pregnancy resulting from a rape. Possibly a incestuous rape, is nothing short of insane. And comparing it to vaccine mandates is ridiculous. Let me clear, I'm of the believe that nobody should be forced into vaccination. And nobody was. And a mandate saying, "You have to be vaccinated or, say, potentially lose your job," while extremely horrible, is a far cry from, "It's the law you must be vaccinated."

I feel like when it comes to the abortion issue, most "pro-lifers" are just virtue signaling. Many of these people don't give a damn about human life but they care about a brine shrimp in some random chicks uterus. Get the fork out of here.

Being that it isn't a clinical term, it kind of leaves it up to interpretation. By the time a woman is around 15-20 weeks, that's a legit little person in there. They're small but they have taken on the form of what we recognize as a baby. True, the mother isn't into her third trimester but the fetus is moving around, making faces. You can start to see resemblance in certain facial features. Dare I say, they start to have personality. It's a little person you're killing off. I support a woman's choice, and the decision to, or not to, terminate a pregnancy can be the hardest decision any human ever had to make. Even in cases of rape, incest, etc, women struggle with this. I can't even fathom it so I'll try my best to refrain from judgement but is it to much to ask of a woman to get it figured out in a couple of months?

Spot on, which is why Republicans constantly use the phrase "late term" because it can mean anything in their heads. 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 days. Anything goes with that term.

The point is women are not having abortions in waves at 32, 36, (third trimester) or rare 40 week pregnancies that you are obsessed with. If women are having abortions at this stage it is due to complications or a medical emergency.
