proof that Fox News hosts knowingly and shamelessly LIE on air.

    All of which is why very FEW  Fox viewers will be rattled when
faced with direct evidence that Fox hosts deliberately lie to them.
Lies are what their viewers tune in to hear!

     If confronted about it, most will resort to the usual tactics of
deflection and whataboutism, falsely accusing the "liberal" media
of doing the same thing. That's why Republicans love yelling
"fake news" at the REAL news. It helps them rationalize their own
love of lies with an "everyone does it" excuse.
Which is, of course, just another lie.
Most Fox viewers aren't fooled by their lies, generally speaking.
What they get out of FOX's lies is permission to be liars themselves.
Seeing famous people on TV openly lie in the name of fascism
emboldens Fox viewers to do the same. Which is why countering
your Republican uncle's nonsense on Facebook with facts
doesn't change his mind. He always knew it wasn't true.
He just doesn't care.

People are fooling themselves if they believe that simply
getting the truth out there is enough to move the needle.
Everyone already knows that Trump, the people that surround him
and his propagandists at Fox News are shameless liars.
Proof is important for the historical record, but it's not going to
change voting behavior or motivate new activism.
If voters and activists are going to care, they need to start seeing
consequences happen, and not just to the foot soldiers who
stormed the Capitol.

Fox has some issues to be sure.  They have a vaccine mandate in their studios but allow their primetime anchors to spew misinformation about health professionals and vaccines.

one would think by now the republicans would recognize that vaccinations + boosters , masks , and social distancing  have significantly reduced hospitalizations and deaths ,even though they may not completely eradicate this virus . not unless there is full compliance by all of the public especially chump supporting republicans . it will continue  to mutate and kill the unvaccinated idiots .  until anti-vax republicans comply we have to live with current conditions all through 2022 thx to republican negligence and since proven anti-science and deliberate counter-efforts of the chump administrtion to battle covid

Fox news continue to lie about the attack on capital carried out by Trump supporters trying to overturn fair election by force.  House investigations reveal Fox hosts texted Trump's chief of staff urging him to stop the attack.  According to Media matters, House now seeks information from Hannity who behaves like Trump's shadow chief of staff instead of a journalist.

According to yahoo news, 270 scientists, doctors, nurses and teachers have signed a letter to Spotify calling for Rogan to stop spreading frequent misinformation on his podcasts.  Anti-vaxers endanger public health.  Rogan has interviewed discredited doctor Malone who falsely claims Americans are hypnotized to wear masks and get vaccinated.  But his "mass formation psychosis" theory is unsupported by evidence.  Mass formation psychosis doesn't exist in American psychological association dictionary. Youtube and twitter have suspended Malone for promoting medical misinformation.

Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said that "misinformation" could be a "great tactic" during a speech to a group of medical school students in 2013.

A student asked Paul, who worked as an ophthalmologist for many years before entering politics, for advice on taking a midterm exam. Paul responded by recalling his own college strategy of using misinformation to "trick" fellow students that he viewed as "opponents."

"I never ever cheated and I don't condone cheating, but I would sometimes spread misinformation," the then first-term senator said during the lecture. "And this is a great tactic. Misinformation can be very important."

Paul explained that he and a group of fellow students had once "started spreading the rumor that we knew" what was on an upcoming test, to "try to trick all of our competing students" into studying for the wrong subject.  "That's my advice, misinformation works," said Paul. "So, try to trick your opponents into knowing that the test is about something that it's not."

from covid infection than after being vaccinated.

Direct tv has made the responsible decision to drop One America news network when contract expires in 2022.  OAN has been criticized for promoting covid misinformation, conspiracy theories and lies about stolen 2020 election.  Without one of the largest pay TV provider in the US, OAN is unlikely to exist in its current form.  In 2021, court orders OAN to pay $250,000 to MSNBC for failed lawsuit.  Dominion voting system is still suing OAN for defamation.

CNN and MSNBC misinformed their viewers by saying cloth masks worked to prevent the spread of Covid and that if you get vaccinated you won’t get Covid and definitely not be hospitalized. They also said President Trump colluded with Russia. 

CNN and MSNBC employs CIA and they’re attacking our democracy.
