Anyone notice the obvious liberal bias regarding Van Jones? MSNBC, CNN, USA Today - Not a word regarding this communist czar with the Green Jobs title. This man is terrifying, if he's not removed he has the ability to cause riots in the country with his rhetoric. Only Fox, Michael Savage, Glen Beck are sounding the alarms. The same thing was being said just a short year ago by some about the last occupant of the White House. Conservatives on this forum scolded critics saying GWB should be show more respect becase he was the commander in chief and leader of the free world. These same posters now flaunt their hate and disrespect for the president.
I don't know what all the hysteria is about other than manufactured partisan hype, much of it veiled racism. And despite all the carping and hatred being spewed by the right, I see no real solutions for health care or anything else being put forward by Obama's critics. IMO, Obama's biggest fault to date is that he squandered the summer and failed to put forward a coherent message about health care. He allowed congress to take the lead on the issue, which has been a costly mistake. Pelosi and Reid may be effective in the corridors of power in D.C., but they have become toxic in the heartland. Meanwhile, the Congressional critics of health care, who are largely in the pocket of the big insurance companies have controlled the message.
As for the economy, I frankly don't see how this can be pinned on Obama. He didn't send the economy into a nosedive. That happened on the last watch. And for those wondering how they're going to create wealth, you're not going to become successful in business ,or anything else for that matter, by hanging out in this forum and spewing your negativity and hate. Your time and creative energy is better spent elsewhere. And if you have to be told how, well then you're one of the sheeple.

My point is that Trent Lott made an off-color statement and lost the Leader of the House position over something that wasn't even definitive. On the other hand you have someone calling an entire party "assholes" and Fox is the only major news source to report it. CNN, MSNBC, & the USA Today are blatantly showing their ass here. And I explore many sources for my news and this glaring bias is unacceptable. The media is supposed to be the watchdogs of the government not the lapdogs. Van Jones is a self-admitted communist and never should've been given a czar position. Please someone argue how this man should be in this position.
